Stay well away from this company, I employed them to install a new kitchen, move ktchen door, completely retile part of the ktchen and wallpaper the rest, put up old kitchen cabinets in utility room, plaster utilty room and concrete floor. I Paid two instalments up front as requested and agreed. Time line for completion was 2/3 weks This job was botched job from the start job has taken 11 weeks so far and they still have not finished,we were told it would take 2/3 weeks, the builders only came when they felt like it and left when they felt like it, we did not once get a full days work done, they plastered the walls then the electrician came in and made holes when he put in the new sockets, some kitchen cupboards put on upside down, 6 floor tiles were put on the walls before the tiler realised, then 20 wall tiles were put up in one day and not to the correct pattern so they had to be taken down, kitchen sink was put in wrong way round therefore the worktop was wrong, so I had to make do with a cheaper work top and not one that I had originally ordered, My old kitchen units I paid for them to be installed in the utility room where they were stored when they took them down, they were there for 10 days then I came home one day and they had been broken up in the skip, only once did Mr Rutty call in to see how things were going, he would not answer my calls or emails so I had to deal with his secreatry all the time I could carry on and write a book on this company but I hope that you get the gist of the job they did - Rubbish Then to top it all I was asked for the balance of payment when I refused as it already taken 11 weeks I said i would pay when the job is done to my satisfaction they hasve not been back and I have had to find another builder to put things right

Poor workmanship, poor communication, poor timekeeping. Never available to sort problems. Very stressful experience, Would not recommend this form to anyone, very disappointed.
