Overpriced/overhyped rubbish quality. The brass discolour after a month and if you need a replacement good luck! They will tell you is discontinued and try to sell a new set! They must plough thousands in ads and home magazine pages that they have to pass to consumers. Utterly rubbish!

Overpriced poor quality. Spent a considerable amount of money across 4 bathrooms with this company in 2015 and while many items were replaced in the early days now I am left replacing at further expense. Taps should never deteriorate and leak after a few years if you pay this sort of money. The warranty is only 12 months which tells you all you need to know. Will be steering well clear on my next project.

Dreadful quality. The solid oak toilet seat from them literally split in two in under 3 years from arrival. Despite UK legislation in relation to reasonable durability Imperial Bathrooms are refusing to replace at no cost. A cheap seat made from chipboard I had previously lasted 7 years. Receipt, photos, installation receipt etc available as proof.
