Indesign Bathrooms & Kitchens

We approached InDesign with a complex project to transform a split bathroom into two separate bathrooms. Mark and his team did a fantastic job, coming up with a design that did exactly what we wanted where numerous other providers had told us it was impossible. Not only that, they also did the hands-on installation to make the design a reality. We are extremely pleased with the end result and could not recommend InDesign highly enough.

Mark and his team designed and built a new bathroom for us. The appealing thing was that the service is almost more of a product, in the sense that you see an initial digital design, and you pretty much pay a defined amount and get more or less exactly what you expected. The uncertainty is removed. We wanted a simple refresh to our bathroom with a modern, clean look, and got a design which was just that. We were out of the country during construction, but received regular videos and photos of the work. It was clear that the parts of our flat which were not being worked on had been sealed off well, and that the work was undertaken with care. At the end of the work, there were a few little things here and there which weren't quite up to Mark's standards, so he made sure they were addressed. Similarly, we had a snag with a leak, which was dealt with very promptly by an out of hours team at no extra charge, followed up with a further inspection / fix. Again, zero worries. In summary, InDesign offer a high quality service which is almost like a product in its predictability and peace of mind.

I had my small bathroom and en suite redone by Indesign, and I’m extremely pleased with what they delivered. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and showed real attention to detail. My first visit online appointment with Mark was great, he was knowledgeable and let me explore my options at my own pace without any pressure. Later, Mark visited my home to go through the design ideas, listened to what I had in mind, and came up with impressive designs that really suited the space. Finalising everything felt easy and enjoyable; it never felt hurried, and Indesign's expertise was very apparent, giving me complete confidence. Their team that carried out the work were respectful and kept to schedule, which was important as I work remotely. They were very thorough and checked every detail to make sure everything was done according to plan. The project management was excellent, with all the tradespeople staying on track and keeping their work areas clean. I’d recommend Indesign to anyone who wants a smooth, start-to-finish renovation.

A fantastic experience working with Indesign for my new (larger!) bathroom. They were very friendly and responsive to all of my requests and ideas. My refurb involved extending our bathroom to include a utility space, and they handled it with great care and professionalism. We’ve just had our bathroom renovated, and I’m absolutely delighted that we chose Indesign. This was our first major renovation, so we were a bit nervous about selecting the right company, especially after some difficult experiences with smaller projects in the past. However, from the outset, Indesign made us feel completely at ease. Ali and Mark were our initial points of contact, and they were both incredibly helpful and easy to work with. They took the time to answer all our questions during the design process and consistently ensured that we were satisfied with every detail. When it came to the fitting, Julien, our assigned fitter, was outstanding. He was professional, punctual, and clearly highly experienced. We encountered a few minor snags, but Indesign handled them promptly and efficiently, which was very reassuring. Overall, the entire team was fantastic to deal with. We’re thrilled with how the bathroom has turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Indesign to others.

I recently had my bathroom refurbished, and I’m really happy with how it all turned out. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free, just like they said it would be. The new design layout produced is even better than I imagined, with decent storage and a much better use of space. The quality of the fitting is excellent, and you can tell they paid attention to the details. The team finished the project on time and kept everything tidy throughout the building phase, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find a company that does what they promise, but Indesign definitely did. I’d recommend them - great team, great results!

Indesign bathroom - complete remodel. Although the project took slightly longer than expected I was very happy with the final outcome. The finished room is exactly as I wanted it. The 3D planning stage was really helpful in terms of making choices about the size/position of furniture etc and gave me a real sense of the finished look. Marek was brilliant in turning the design into reality!

We first met Mark from Indesign just before exchanging on our property, and he was a pleasure to deal with.
