“From the start Ali, and Issak in the office and Mark in the office and on site were approachable, helpful, honest and reassuring. They gave us a great initial design having listened to our brief and were happy to answer our myriad of questions without pressure. They gave us options to choose from for varying budgets and at no point did they push us into spending more than we could. We could be in touch at any point to ask questions and Issak set up a email steam that meant we could all keep track of our conversations and agreements over time which was very useful. Mark visited the site initially and very clearly went through what was possible and laid out the seen and unseen costs… very knowledgeable, professional and helpful… his guidance throughout the whole process was invaluable. Gregor and his team were allocated to do the renovating and they were absolutely excellent… punctual, professional, helpful, tidy, very knowledgeable and very hardworking. They communicated with us and the office team everyday and sought our input where we wanted specific position of things or ideas. Gregor would explain really well how and why things were being done and was clearly very proud of his and his team’s craftsmanship…. which we also very much appreciated! We are absolutely delighted with our bathroom which we have now been luxuriating in for a month… it has made life so much easier and better. “Working with Jake and his team has been a true joy. We needed our bathroom renovation done rather quickly and were able to schedule the start of the renovation within one week of us accepting the quote. The bathroom renovation seemed challenging to me, as the central London location was in an old building, on the 4th floor (no lift) and a very small space. Jake and his team made it look easy. Jake’s team was great at organising logistics, so we only needed a parking permit for two days. The whole project was done within five working days. I have never experienced such great communication with any renovation project I’ve done so far. Everything was done on schedule. Jake was particularly great at supporting through the design process, showing endless patience with any questions and concerns. Discussing and agreeing on design, as well as ordering the materials was done within two days. He also has an impressively quick response time via email. He helped pick out the right materials, being great at advising on various price ranges. It was a very easy process to directly order everything that was needed via Victorian Plumbing. Some items had to be exchanged, as they didn’t work with the space, but that exchange was also very straightforward and with a quick turnaround. The quality of the work is outstanding, everything being installed to a perfect standard and looking great. The team did also a great clean-up afterwards. If your priority is to get a great quality bathroom, with wonderful support and no headaches throughout the process, with a fantastic all-around service and comms, I cannot recommend London Bathroom Installations highly enough.”
