Another dissatisfied customer. Truly awful installation which has caused months if problems. Not surprised to see they have dissolved.

Another dissatisfied customer! We've had a number of issues from start to finish, poorly finished off, toilet leaking water all over the new floor, Shaun did attend but i ended up having to fix it myself properly, a few months later flooded out again from poor silicone seal around the shower base! Tried to call Shaun but it looks like they've ceased trading? Again we've had to pay out to have it fixed! We spent our hard earned money with this company, but wish we had done some serious research prior to giving them the go ahead. VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED

Contacted Shaun who came to look at my bathroom and gave 2 quotes, 1 £5000 for complete full bathroom, £1500 just to replace shower. He called next day to check which we were going for, after choosing just the shower the job got delayed. We had the pipework come apart flooding the bathroom. They repaced the walk in shower with a quadrant, replaced electric shower with a mixer and replaced wall panels in shower and window wall including window surround. Had to call them back to rectify the silly messiness of the work, marker pen all over panels, gaps between panels, glue on panels, silicone smudges, shower frame over hanging tray. They had to remove shower and refit. Few days later called out again, water over flowing, not draining. Poured liquid to unblock. They fitted new shower, left old pipes and never checked for blockages. Block if wood placed under waste pipe to help drainage. They gave a partial refund after my many complaints and threats to leave bad reviews. Now we are still faced with more problems as they fitted the wall panels leaving a gap behind, so when cleaning they move and break tbe silicone seal which will then cause water to pass through. The base trim is not fitted. I dread to think what the pipework on the shower fittings are like and if they are secure as everything they fitted had been a total disaster. I had recently lost my mom and Shaun seemed very nice and honest but we have been taken advantage of and the whole shower will need to be ripped out again to re fit wall panels again. Shocking is all i can say. As all his phone numbers are unrecognised, i contacted Bark who have advised me, they have gone out of business. Wow!

Avoid like the plague ..... had have my bathroom refitted just 6 months later Scimped on everything despite paying in full. You want to waste your money ring these guys.... pay again shortly after... 0 stars Photos are after removing wall panels they put in.....
