Pietra Bianca

We have had nothing but a leaking Mango Pietra Bianca bath since purchase. After making contact with Mary and her husband they inspected and said it was a fault with plumbing connection for overflow. Plumber was paid to return twice but our issue wasn't resovled. Because of this, we sealed up the overflow yet the bath continued to leak. We stopped using the bath because it was a mess of water every time we used it. It still leaks but we now know this is due to the stone not being sealed. Being man made, the stone is porous and absorbs water which intern eventually seeps through the base of the bath onto the floor. I wouldn't touch this company ever again. No follow up to see if the issue has rectified nor offer of help. They also use photos of bath and basins advertising their products, which we didn't give permission for. I hope they remove them before we take it further.

Beautiful and unusual stone bathtubs were the attractions. Pricing was a pleasant surprise too! Highly recommended if you're looking for the elegance of stone bathtubs and vanity sinks.

The Pietra Bianca stone bath that we purchased for our ensuite is definitely the hero of the room. It is a a beautiful shape, texture and colour. Mary and Brad were wonderful to work with.
