Featured Reviews for Bathroom Designers & Fitters in Randalstown, Antrim

Soaks Bathrooms
Bathroom Designers & Fitters in Randalstown, Antrim
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars3 February 2021
“Soaks is great! Do NOT use Soaks’ recommended fitters P&C Complete Bathroom Renovations! We bought two bathrooms from Soaks. Soaks sourced us some of the best bathroom products on the market and provided excellent customer service. However, we went with P&C Complete Bathroom Renovations to fit everything, as they were recommended by Soaks. It turned out to be a huge mistake. P&C delayed starting work for months, they did quick work leaving out quite a lot of what we asked for, and then left the job unfinished (despite having paid them in full), leaving us with leaking taps, unfinished bathrooms and potentially mounting bills for new fitters to come in. Avoid P&C Bathrooms! Soaks, in contrast, have provided excellent customer service promising to help us to solve this issue with P&C Bathrooms, despite the fact that P&C are independent contractors, completely independent of Soaks, demonstrating further Soaks attention to their customers. My advice: buy from Soaks, find your own professional fitters or at least do not use recommended fitters without researching them thoroughly first.”
Bassetts Bathrooms NI

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars11 December 2018
“I recently purchases the sanitary and accessories from Bassets in Lisburn for an ensuite and Main bathroom makeover. First the attention and service was really excellent to include a visit to my home to measure and discuss and plan the design. Bassetts provided a full range beyond my expectations to supply what I required, sourcing and providing bath wear which was not in their showroom. They have a full range of catalogues and will provide virtually anything to meet the customers dreams. Delivery was 100% with no items missing or no items requiring replaced. The have a great relationship with plumbers. They also followed up on every detail to ensure we were satisfied. Great supplier.”
