Soaks Bathrooms

Soaks is great! Do NOT use Soaks’ recommended fitters P&C Complete Bathroom Renovations! We bought two bathrooms from Soaks. Soaks sourced us some of the best bathroom products on the market and provided excellent customer service. However, we went with P&C Complete Bathroom Renovations to fit everything, as they were recommended by Soaks. It turned out to be a huge mistake. P&C delayed starting work for months, they did quick work leaving out quite a lot of what we asked for, and then left the job unfinished (despite having paid them in full), leaving us with leaking taps, unfinished bathrooms and potentially mounting bills for new fitters to come in. Avoid P&C Bathrooms! Soaks, in contrast, have provided excellent customer service promising to help us to solve this issue with P&C Bathrooms, despite the fact that P&C are independent contractors, completely independent of Soaks, demonstrating further Soaks attention to their customers. My advice: buy from Soaks, find your own professional fitters or at least do not use recommended fitters without researching them thoroughly first.

Having worked with Soaks on our main bathroom I had no hesitation in returning for help with an en-suite and downstairs powder room. The staff listen and understood our requirements and provided advice on the products available and practical advice on what was possible. The guidance was based around our budget and they managed to provide a wow factor but at a reasonable price Very impressed

Friendly, helpful advice provided by Eddie to help us sort out bathroom and en suites. Good range of products and price points that suited our tastes. Nothing was too much trouble, including bringing in samples and accommodating changes to our order. Would happily recommend Soaks!

What a fantastic experience and finished product! We had relatively little knowledge on bathrooms when we visited the showroom, but Wayne and his team were extremely helpful and had a wealth of experience between them. We were overwhelmed by the range of brands and products on display on the showroom, and had a mass of inspiration looking through photos of projects soaks completed. We found the 3D virtual images very helpful during the design process, and can't thank Soaks enough for their seamless work completing our two bathrooms and en-suite. Will defiantly be recommending to all our friends.

recently decided the time had come to invest in a new bathroom suite and on the recommendation of a friend I decided to call in to Soaks on the Boucher Road to have a look at what was on offer. I was served by Wayne who was extremely helpful and friendly, and discussed in detail what would best suit my needs. Despite leaving the house that day just to have a look, I left that afternoon with a new bathroom suite on order and could not recommend Soaks more. Lovely showroom, quality produce and an extremely friendly service.

I got Soaks to supply materials for my en suite. There products are of a very high standard. I am going to get materials for my main bathroom from Soaks. I found them very helpful in designing my en suite.

Soaks are the premier bathroom company in Ireland. Great quality and range of products. A fantastic showroom - with genuine enthusiastic staff who want to help and not just sell you something. Having been there now, I don't see myself going anywhere else in the future for a new bathrooms.

Great range and presentation of quality brands , a proper one stop shop . Staff are very knowledgable and displayed a great patience and flexibility when having to change / amend scheduled dates which happens a lot when dealing with the building trade .
