Complete Bathroom Renovation Professionals in Sutton, Surrey

“From the start Ali, and Issak in the office and Mark in the office and on site were approachable, helpful, honest and reassuring. They gave us a great initial design having listened to our brief and were happy to answer our myriad of questions without pressure. They gave us options to choose from for varying budgets and at no point did they push us into spending more than we could. We could be in touch at any point to ask questions and Issak set up a email steam that meant we could all keep track of our conversations and agreements over time which was very useful. Mark visited the site initially and very clearly went through what was possible and laid out the seen and unseen costs… very knowledgeable, professional and helpful… his guidance throughout the whole process was invaluable. Gregor and his team were allocated to do the renovating and they were absolutely excellent… punctual, professional, helpful, tidy, very knowledgeable and very hardworking. They communicated with us and the office team everyday and sought our input where we wanted specific position of things or ideas. Gregor would explain really well how and why things were being done and was clearly very proud of his and his team’s craftsmanship…. which we also very much appreciated! We are absolutely delighted with our bathroom which we have now been luxuriating in for a month… it has made life so much easier and better. The quality and finish are spot on and we are so glad we went with Indesign. Many thanks to the whole team and we would very happily recommend them to anyone! Helen & Debbie”

“We chose The Small Bathroom Company for the design and installation of a new bathroom and Japanese-style loo with integrated bidet functions, and we are extremely pleased with both the process and the finished result. Our fitter, Richard Mead, was excellent throughout. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills were evident at every stage of the project. He was professional, approachable, and clearly committed to delivering a high-quality finish. The completed rooms look superb and have transformed the space. We were equally impressed with the electrician, who not only carried out the installation work efficiently but also helped resolve a few unrelated electrical issues in the house while he was here. That level of helpfulness and customer service really stood out. The project was completed with minimal disruption, communication was good throughout, and everyone treated our home with care and respect. We would happily recommend The Small Bathroom Company to anyone looking for a reliable company capable of delivering excellent design, workmanship and service. Thank you to David and the whole team for a superb job.”

“We were looking for a bathroom company that could offer a professional design service as well as great quality products and installation services. From the moment we went to the Premier Klasse showrooms – both in Basingstoke and Ascot, we knew they were the right company for us. Our designer Lauren who is based in the lovely new Ascot showroom, was warm and welcoming and took the time to really listen and understand our ideas and wants/needs. She came back to us with brilliant designs that we could never have achieved on our own. She has worked patiently with us throughout the design process making changes to achieve the best design going above and beyond to ensure that everything is correct. The installation will take place in the next couple of months once other renovations are completed and we can’t wait to see the final bathroom and shower room come to life.”
