“In November 2020 I was in need of a replacement trap for my Impey wet room. The plumbing engineers claimed that they cannot find the part. In desperation I contacted Impey and sent them the pictures of the required part. I had a call from Shaun of the Technical Support day the same day. He was amazingly knowledgable and helpful. Within 24 hours I had a package delivered to me. As I have limited understanding of taps and related subject I was so relieved to receive the caring and valuable advice from Shaun and his other colleagues while the work was being carried out. This level of after sale service and customer care is exemplary. Everyone I dealt with was kind, knowledgeable and patient. They gave their advice with care and helped me enormously during a very difficult period. I am delighted to write this review about Impey Showers and highly recommend them not only because thee quality of their products but also because of their commitment to customer care.”

“John Franklyn Kitchens Ltd installed a new shower room for me in April 2018. From the initial visit to their showrooms to the completion of the shower room their service was excellent. Ascertaining what I required, I was advised with the designing and choosing fitments and given time to consider the options. Installation was completed in four days to a very high standard. All the staff involved were considerate, efficient, and worked extremely hard. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to have a new kitchen or bathroom.”
