The Bathroom Shop is one of the few suppliers of bathroom equipment in our area of Kent who take full responsibility for the installation of the equipment they sell. Given the multi-discipline nature of bathroom installations, this is a great, if not essential, service. The quality of the equipment and workmanship is excellent and, at the end of the job we had a fully functioning bathroom from day 1. The quality of the installation work is worth particular mention; it is plain from first glance that the job is highly professional. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to have a high quality bathroom at minimum hassle.

Philippa provided help and guidance throughout the project, which was to create an entirely new shower room. She was responsible for obtaining all the items needed, once I had chosen them. She was extremely helpful when it came to dicussing colour schemes. She was always available when I needed to discuss anything and dealt with any queries promptly. She understood my need to budget and kept within it. Essentially she took all the stress out of a major (for me) project. When the room was completed it exceeded my expectations.

They sourced top quality units for us with great professionalism, providing expert advice on the available choices and then keeping us posted on all supplier issues while taking immense trouble over the smallest details. Best of all, they enabled us to tap into a network of superb local craftsmen and worked with them to see the project through to a flawless completion. All done with a personable touch that made them a pleasure to deal with.

This Tenterden based business was engaged to supply and refit two bathrooms and one large cloakroom/WC. The project involved completely stripping the rooms, retiling floors and walls, fitting new sanitary units and cabinets, including plumbing and electrical work. The Bathroom shop specified and supplied all the new fixtures, engaged reliable fitters and co-ordinated the entire project. It was all completed on schedule, the workmanship, tiles and fittings were of high quality. I am very pleased with the results and happy to recommend the business for anyone considering similar projects.
