Complete bathroom refit. The whole experience from the initial telephone conversation to installation completion, was excellent. We presented The Brighton Bathroom Company with some ideas of our own, which they retained and evolved into a fabulous design, meeting and sometimes exceeding, all of our requirements. Attention to detail and customer service was excellent throughout, even with the inevitable challenges that arose. The Brighton Bathroom Company team, including their appointed fitters, were first class and we have no hesitation in fully recommending them.

We cannot recommend TBBC highly enough. From the immaculate showroom to the warm and friendly manager Helen, the efficient Chelsea, and the excellent fitter Matt, everything is effortless. Helen asked thoughtful questions about how we use our bathroom (double showers please) and used our pinterest inspiration board to develop a truly creative bathroom design that hit all our asks and exceeded our expectations. Matt fitted the bathroom in exactly the amount of time he said it would take, despite a couple of unexpected issues like extra chunky joists in the floor just where pipes needed to go. We’ve had a lot of work done on our house over the last 20 years and this was easily the most professional and least stressful experience of them all.

We are so delighted with our ensuite and family bathroom designed and supplied by TBBC. Helen really listened to what we wanted and has made incredibly good use of the space. The products suggested and supplied are of a really high quality and we were kept informed along the way. We now we feel like we're going to a high end spa every time we use the bathroom! Their recommended install company Unique Bathrooms were brilliant, fantastic quality of finish, flexible really helpful and a pleasure to have around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TBBC or Unique Bathrooms they were both outstanding.

We had an excellent service throughout the project starting with a very thorough discussion with Helen about our preferences and requirements. We didn’t really know what could be done with our bathroom but Helen suggested some excellent options and advised on appropriate products. Pete’s team did an amazing job fitting out, the finish is impeccable, and were very considerate in clearing up and protecting other rooms from dust during the work. Questions or questions were responded to promptly and thoroughly. We are delighted with the design and new look of our bathroom and would highly recommend TBBC

Highly recommended. We had a first class service from start to finish. Helen Head led the project for the Brighton Bathroom Company, consulted with us and and produced the design and specification. Danny Curd and his team did the work on site. Everybody was professional, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was completed to time and cost. There were no surprises. Helen visited again afterwards to ensure that all was in order and to offer advice on maintenance. Our new bathroom is a delight.

We had a small bathroom that had not been updated in decades - so getting a good new design and fit was super important. The website gave us a good indication of the kind of work they do so after various comparisons we had a consultation and design work which we loved. Imman at the office guided us through options and arranged the work. Because it was a complete refit we had everyone from plasterers, tilers, electricians project manager and all of them were excellent. We were worried about not having a bathroom for several weeks but they did a great job in as quick a time as possible. Several months in and we still feel like we are on holiday every time we use it. Imman and Matt are designed and created our recent bathroom project. It is stunning, and we are so delighted. It has transformed the space beyond all recognition. The entire experience, from first consultation, through to the build and execution was flawless. They are the loveliest people, who both go out of their way to ensure every detail is covered. It is by far, the positive experience of any house renovation we have done. I cannot recommend Imman, Matt and TBBC highly enough.

It has been a pleasure working with Helen and her team at The Brighton Bathroom Company. I didn’t know where to start with re-designing our bathroom space, but her expertise and design is second to none. From our first design meeting, to the installation, to the handover communication has been excellent. The installation team are friendly, conscientious, hard working and trustworthy- I was very happy to go out and leave them all to it! Any unexpected issues (with our ancient plumbing and electrics!) were met with an unflappable can do attitude, and were sorted with absolutely no fuss. The install team are all masters of their trades - and as such, with Helen’s design we have the most beautiful bathroom. Thank you!
