Gary and the team did a really excellent job renovating our bathroom. From the initial planning discussions through to completion Gary was fully involved and ensured the project was a success. It was so useful to have Gary as the key contact and point of reference. The project was a full bathroom renovation - new bath, sink, toilet and wall and floor tiling, plumbing and electricals and all work was carried out seamlessly. All of our needs were listened to - and I think even Gary was surprised how excellent my wife's taste is!

I recently had a my two bathrooms completely refurbished, and cannot recommend the Cotswold Bathroom Company highly enough. The team was friendly and accommodating throughout, and the job was delivered on time and on budget. Gary was very helpful, from helping me choose the style of the tiles and fittings to ensuring that the final details were completed according to plan. He and his team were professional, delivering high quality work, and always leaving the house clean and tidy. We had our ensuite bathroom modernised and updated by The Cotswold Bathroom Company and were absolutely pleased with the quality of the work. From the initial designs to completion, the communication from Gary and his team was prompt, professional, and to an extremely high standard. Gary designed a new ensuite bathroom to fit an awkward space with reduced height sections. Senior fitters Jon and Clive were fantastic the whole way through the process. They left our house spotless every day after finishing work and their work was extremely high quality. Gary noticed that the initial tiling work was not done to the "Cotswold Bathroom Co Standards" and arranged to have it redone at no cost to us. We would have accepted the original tiling work as we were on a tight schedule, but Gary mentioned that he wouldn't be happy with the result as they only accept perfection. We are so pleased with the final result and would recommend the Cotswold Bathroom Company to anyone wishing to revamp or modernise their bathroom.

Initial consultation was done by Gary who listened to our ideas and worked with us to get the designs we wanted. We are delighted that we chose The Cotswold Bathroom Company to upgrade 2 of our bathrooms. We've dealt with a lot of companies and builders over the years and this was one of our best experiences. The attention to detail by Gary during the design process was impressive (and very reassuring for any work in a 16thC building is not without its problems). Having the virtual images of the designs was very helpful. The workers were pleasant, polite, punctual and great at cleaning up, particularly Jon who spent most time with us. The workmanship was to an exceptionally high standard. The projects were closely and professionally overseen by Gary through to the end and we have the results we wanted. They will all be back later in the year to tackle bathroom no.3.

Cannot fault the professionalism and attention to detail of this team. From plans to completed project, the process was smooth and well managed (notwithstanding some unwelcome Covid interruption!). The team were always keen to ensure that we were happy with the end product, even changing a shower screen that we were not happy with. The finished bathroom is just as we hoped it would be.
