I cannot recommend the Tap End Design enough. They took my initial thoughts and inspiration and made it ten times more amazing than I could have hoped. We are in LOVE with our bathroom. Every time we stepped into their showroom to discuss the plans or any questions I had- I felt listened to and valued. Their customer service is impeccable. It’s obvious they genuinely put their heart and soul into what they do and that’s why every bathroom is of such high quality. I will miss the team them very much and if I ever move house, they will be the first people I call, however I love my new bathroom too much to ever consider leaving.

Daniella and her team took time and care with the design of our bathroom. It needed a complete make-over, and we were very pleased with the result. It's bright and airy with a Mediterranean feel. The build was quick and efficient and tailored to our needs. We would highly recommend them!

We are so ecstatic with our new bathroom! From the first point of contact, I found the Tap End really great to deal with and communication was excellent. We had got a few bathroom designs before trying the Tap End but never felt they truely matched what we were looking for. Zoe did our bathroom design and she 100% hit our brief and it was the perfect design (as well as being at our budget!). It was a seamless service and I could not recommend the Tap End any more highly! After the design was agreed, communication continued to be excellent and I felt fully informed at all stages.

Daniella created the designs and we were wowed, she got it exactly right for us, the finished product looks exactly like the designs and the quality of the materials and fixtures is fantastic. Jake Elliott from Sefin Homes, recommended by The Tap End, fully project managed the whole process and completed the work on schedule to the highest quality. We have a wonderful bathroom and ensuite.

From design to completion the experience was professionally managed and constructed by the whole team. We enjoyed working with Daniella on the design and seeing it realised on her computer screen. We were able to look at Daniella's initial design and tweak it to suit. The installation was caried out by their own in-house team. Both Jason and Connor were punctual, polite and professional in their approach to their work. The work was carried out to the very highest standard and when they had to make minor alterations, the reasons were explained to us so we were able to understand the reasons and amicably agree to the changes and solutions proposed. We are both very pleased with our new ensuite shower-room and I can thoroughly recommend the company without reservation.

It was a really good decision to go to The Tap End to plan our en-suite bathroom refurbishment. We had been unsure about what could be done in the way of altering the layout due to the sloping ceiling and supporting structures. We were able to achieve so much due to their expertise and guidance - and all working to stay within our budget. We were delighted with the design and quality of the products, which included all of our chosen criteria. We were then able to relax and feel confident that the installer would work to the design and do a great job. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and maintained interest in our project right to the very end. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The Tap End designed and managed the renewal of an ensuite with the work being undertaken by one of the company's suggested fitters. We are delighted with the outcome and particularly with the design solution produced by Daniella. Without doubt The Tap End are a 5star company: excellent showroom, innovative design solutions, faultless project management, professional and very approachable staff as well as value for money! The fitter (Gareth) was outstanding and a pleasure to have hime working for us!

I initially contacted 3 companies to quote me for an en-suite refurbishment. I decided to go with The Tap End as they were the most professional and local to my home. Communication was prompt and efficient and my designer, Daniella, was happy to tweak her design to accommodate my requirements and budget. She arranged a fitter for me and he carried out the work to a high standard and within the agreed timescale. I have no hesitation in recommending The Tap End.
