The Tap End

We are delighted with the finished product. The Tap End managed to change what was a relatively small and dark bathroom into a classic but modern, bright room. The Tap End helped us at every stage of the process, were patient when we changed some of the designs, and a special mention to Zoe who understood our time pressures (imminent arrival of a baby!) and made sure that the bathroom was finished in time.

We are so pleased with our bathroom renovation. Daniella’s design was spectacular. Gareth and Jack worked super hard and did a magnificent job making our quirky en suite look and feel luxurious. Will certainly use The Tap End again.

The design of our small bathroom exceeded our expectations. The service was helpful and friendly and the planning managed expertly. The fitters that the Tap End used were first rate and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Really good designers who are well experienced in design and provide really helpful advice and suggestions. The CAD designs really bring to life what the bathroom might look like and we really enjoyed using these as a basis for finalising our design. The fixtures are of high quality, stylish and exactly what we hoped for. The installer was really professional and did a great job. I would recommend the Tap End for a truly professional and personalised service.

Our outdated family bathroom needed a complete refurbishment and had tricky design features. It’s a long thin room and didn’t have a shower. I had certain ideas about the design and look I wanted to achieve which I shared via Pinterest. Daniella was absolutely amazing she interpreted the brief exactly and apart from one minor detail she nailed it. The bathroom looks amazing and we have had so many compliments. I couldn’t recommend the Tap End more highly. The whole process was professional from start to finish.

We looked around at 4 different bathroom companies, and Tap end were our 5th and last company. They were easily by far the most stylish company and designed our ensuite exactly what we could of only dreamed of having. As the other companies said we had to keep everything in the same place and wouldn't be able to do much with re-designing it. Daniella from Tap End took on board what sort of style we wanted & colours. And I can honestly say that she blew us away. She gave our ensuite the wow factor. And really opened up the ensuite and maximised all the space and it now looks like a descent size ensuite. Thank you so much for making our dreams a reality. Will be definitely using this company again. Their designs and quality of products are at a very high standard and they really cater for what you actually want.

It was by pure chance that I discovered The Tap End and I will be eternally grateful that I did. A quick flick through a magazine at the hairdresser’s landed on an article about an enthusiastic group of women who ‘put simply….love bathrooms’. I was keen to refurbish our large family bathroom (which had a lot of wasted space) and our ridiculously small downstairs WC but having little creative imagination myself, I couldn’t visualise beyond replacing old with new and changing the décor. Armed only with my desire for a larger shower and to get rid of the bidet, Daniella set about designing our room. And what a transformation! Repositioning the toilet, moving the bath, centering the sink and creating a wonderful walk in shower has meant that somehow we seem to have an even larger room where space is utilised well. The deep blue feature wall coupled with orange accessories is stunning and creates a fantastic first impression. Yet it is in the small, minute details that The Tap End also excels. From the toilet roll ‘window’ to the rimless toilet bowl, from the underfloor heating to the positioning of the shower controls, nothing was left to chance. The ambient lighting is another joy. Would Daniella be able to do as good a job with the tiny WC downstairs? Of course she would. Installing an integrated WC/sink unit and new slimline radiator has freed up much needed space and room is now bright, airy and modern. We heartily recommend The Tap End to anyone who is thinking of changing their bathrooms or cloakrooms. The process is straightforward and clear and the communication lines are excellent – even during a pandemic! Having a budget means they can tailor the right products to your needs and the software allows you to see the room design from different angles. We went with the whole package which meant that the products were bought and delivered and the fitters (Joe and Paul and team) organised everything. We were thoroughly impressed with the service from the initial contact to the finished products. The Tap End really do ‘love bathrooms’ and we love ours now too.

Bathroom changed to shower room. Very professional company and a great design done by Daniella. Very prompt service. Shower room looks as good as the design, excellent quality materials used and the finish outstanding...would definitely recommend this company. The fitters were recommended by Tap End ....Roundtable Construction, excellent work done by Ash, always on time and worked really hard during really hot weather... couldn't fault them. Very happy.

Absolutely delighted with our bathroom. Professional service from start to finish from The Tap End and the bathroom fitters despite the difficulties of Covid-19. Daniella shared three separate designs to discuss and choose from and a sample of all the materials (tiles, flooring, furniture) were available for me to bring home. Jonathon’s team arrived to fit the bathroom and worked really hard to produce a fabulous bathroom.

From the very begining we were consulted about our design, what our needs were and must say everything was met and at a very high standard.

From the outset the team at Tapend have been utterly professional. Our design brief was rather challenging but our design expert Daniella's imaginative ideas certainly exceeded our expectations. Our installation team were a pleasure to welcome into our home, always cheery and respectful. The products used and standard of workmanship is excellent. What impressed us most though was the efficiency from all the team when dealing with a small issue which arose with our wooden panelling. The aftercare service along with the design and installation with Tapend is excellent and we would heartily recommend them as a company. We are delighted with the final result!

From the start at the design stage right through to the execution of the project we were very pleased. Our ideas were taken om board and a number of creative suggestions made that we hadn't even thought of which certainly enhanced the look of our new bathroom. The team used to install the bathroom were very professional and ensured the rest of the house was protected from the inevitable disruption and mess. The end product was a bathroom we dreamed of. No need to go to a SPA to relax now when we can have all the comforts in our own home. Thanks Tap End for an excellent job superbly executed.
