Welcome to Top Bathrooms, one of Bedfordshire’s leading independent Bathroom Design and Installation companies. We were started by Tom Phelan in 1997, who, after several years working as a design consultant for some of the large national companies in the south east, decided that we can and will do things better. Tom decided that we would operate differently to the big companies rather than high pressure sales we would operate in a more relaxed manner, to provide a free no obligation, no pressure, design service, so that a customer is comfortable to place an order. The quotes are posted out a couple of days after the visit, together with customer references. We do not insist on all decision makers being present so that the order could be taken on the first visit and we do not outstay our welcome to achieve this. This allows you, the customer, to take your time to decide if you want to go ahead, speak to existing customers or compare other quotes. The service is tailored to your needs and we are happy to change any details in the quote if required and answer any questions you may have. If you decide to go ahead we can then schedule the start date and get all the equipment on order. We take care of everything, including disposal of your old suite and we are often commended on our tidy work practices and the quality of our work. All work carried out by our own skilled fitters, once we start the work is continuous until completion to your satisfaction.
