Thank you to Jallal and Ben for being the most kind and considerate workmen who transformed my parent's bathroom with such skill and workmanship. You have certainly made their lives a little easier and for that we are very grateful.

Everyone involved in the project was helpful and flexible at every stage and the finished en suite loo is exactly as I envisaged. Rob worked extremely hard to finish the job to a high standard and approached snags and obstacles thoughtfully to ensure the final outcome was as good as it possibly could be. At the design stage, Chris offered invaluable advice about how to lay out the space and also recommended a great joiner to solve a storage problem. I would confidently recommend them and I’m sure I’ll use them again in the future.

We chose UK Bathroom Guru to refresh our main bathroom and they did a flawless job, going above and beyond throughout. From the initial period with Chris helping us with design ideas, sourcing and timelines, to the completion of the job, everything was fantastic. Rob and Jamie made sure the bathroom fit our requirements, communicated well throughout, and expertly coordinated multiple excellent tradespeople to deliver our bathroom to very very high level of quality finish. Neil the tiler in particular put in impressive effort and took extra care to deliver exactly the result we wanted. Added to that, the whole team were a genuine pleasure to have around throughout the whole process. Every detail was paid attention to, even including assistance with sourcing a 100-year old brick to make sure everything was perfectly executed! The team also worked well around our availability which was interrupted due to unrelated events - this was considerately handled and much appreciated. I would happily and enthusatically recommend them to anybody.

Bathroom guru renovated my bathroom 5 years ago. Since then I have had one or two minor issues that needed resolving and they have been done to a very high standard. What impresses me most is the quality of workmanship and the willingness to do snagging work. Many companies would like to complete a big renovation but they are not always keen to return several years later for a small job. What I appreciate about Bathroom Guru is the long term support.

Excellent service throughout by both Chris and Rob! I had a problem with leak and damp underneath due to a grout/tile leak in the en suite shower upstairs. Chris reviewed this in person and within 1 week this was fixed by Rob. Very reasonably priced and a very friendly, honest and competent team. I would definitely use UkBathroomGuru again if I ever needed more bathroom work in the future and I would highly recommend them!

From initial contact through Chris and completing the work with Rob and his team, we were thoroughly impressed. Rob was brilliant and communicated throughout what was to be done next and we were happy with his recommendations. As a result we have our showroom bathroom! UK Bathroom Guru was professional throughout the whole process. Rob did an excellent job of our main bathroom. From start to finish and kept us in the loop at every point in the project and the end result is top quality.

We recently had our bathroom refurbished by this company who are excellent. The overall quality of the work is outstanding. Chris, the Project Manager, provided excellent advice and guidance and was always available when advice was sought. The work was excellently planned and implemented. Jamie the fitter, was outstanding. He was respectful of our home, proffered support when asked and gave good advice whilst doing a top class job. The bathroom looks superb and went beyond our expectations. Richard the electrician, was extremely helpful and did not settle for second best. Everything had to be perfect for us. We are so happy with the work carried out that we have booked Chris and his team to refit our en-suite in June. Highly recommended.

Chris managed to get us slotted in December for a bath installation and fixing the floor. Our bathroom was leaking a lot prior and had leaked through the floor and through the kitchen ceiling, so this job really needed doing and there was no better company than this one to complete it. Rob and Jay were amazing and within a couple of weeks fixed the damaged joists, installed the bath and plastered the kitchen ceiling. The total price of the bathroom was very reasonable and affordable and Chris was very transparent about the whole process. It's been a couple of weeks since completion and there are no leaks and I couldn't be more grateful to Chris and his team. I would 1000% recommend UK Bathroom Guru.

Chris was fantastic with the design and planning of our complete bathroom refit. Rob carried out the work , can’t recommend him highly enough , his workmanship was of an exceptionally high standard. All in all extremely happy with all at UK Bathroom Guru who surpassed our expectations

It was a huge relief to get hold of Chris and to be able to get a quote and a convenient date for my bathroom repair. The shower was completely unusable as water was leaking from the cracked tray and through the floor so the whole tray needed replacing. The team managed the repair without damaging the existing wall panels which saved me money. They were super flexible and fitted in additional repairs I needed doing to the ceiling.
