We now have a fantastic new wetroom for our disabled daughter. Ash and his team of trades have been amazing from day 1, ensuring all floors and the block paved drive were fully covered before bringing materials and starting work. Everyone has worked so hard and to a very high standard. At all times my daughter (who had to go in respite for the duration) was at the centre of their plans. It is going to make such a huge difference to our lives, thank you doesn't quite express how much it means to us.

We are 4 years on since Ash and Jess renovated our bathroom. When cleaned it still looks brand new. Jess listens when you explain your design and they both implement the design exactly as agreed. They both offer improvements and advise you on what you might not have thought about. The workmanship is superb!! Ash had his work cut out to improve the shambles that the room was. He took it back to brick and down to foundations for the room. His skills and eye for detail were first class, he is a perfectionist. I can’t praise this company enough! Or recommend enough! Jess, Ash & the team replaced our old bathroom for a full Wet Room. The whole job from start to finish was fantastic, they were really easy to talk to about our ideas offered great advice and the end result simply stunning. I still find it a joy to use the room and nothing was too much trouble, they even worked around our daughter testing positive for Covid on our original start date, a little give and take and understanding on both sides makes for a thoroughly pleasurable proccess. I really cannot recommend ultimate wetrooms highly enough. They have remodelled and refurbished two bathrooms in my property and the quality and standard of the works and the finish is unbelievable. Jess and Ash have been so helpful and professional at all stages right from initial design through to completion of the works. All of the team who carried out the works did so to a very high standard and were professional, polite and respectful at all times. They arrived on time every day and were completely trustworthy. It is clear that they really are experts in this area and can deliver on what they say they will do. Corners were never cut and all works were completed properly and thoroughly. Ultimate Wetrooms really do deliver on what they promise and more!. You will be left with a bathroom that looks better than a showroom. I would definitely recommend Ultimate Wetrooms to anyone - you will not be disappointed and they make the whole process as easy as possible!. They are definitely the company to choose if you are looking for a new bathroom/wetroom!

Ultimate Wetrooms is a brilliant company; they are communicative, helpful, flexible, efficient, patient and work to an extremely high standard. I’m a wheelchair user and we recently bought a bungalow with a separate bathroom and toilet which were not adapted. To my surprise, we found the perfect company; specialising in bathrooms plus having experience of adaptations. They did the entirety of the room: provided a 3D design, helped us with ideas, knocked down a wall, painted, tiled, absolutely everything. They were wonderful from start to finish. The quality of their service (both in terms of the work and the communication) is second to none, and I’d definitely recommend them. Thanks Ash, Jess and the rest of the team!

Aftercare is excellent, communication throughout the project from start to finish also excellent. We went to Ultimate Wet rooms on a recommendation from a builder friend & Wow!! so glad we did. From our initial consultation with Ash & Jess through to completion of the works, we found Ash, Jess & the team to be highly professional & friendly, & with their in-depth product knowledge & experience we were confident to leave them to carry out the works whilst we went away on holiday & on our return we were absolutely blown away with the exceptional quality & finish, the workmanship was second to none, an amazing transformation which exceeded our expectations - how refreshing to actually find a company that actually delivers what they promise & more. Thanks to the team we now have a wet room to be proud of, and would highly recommend Ultimate Wet rooms.

Outstanding company. Jess, Ash and the team provide the highest quality and their attention to detail is second to none. Did our main bathroom and en-suite and we’re absolutely blown away with the end results.
