After speaking to a few trades ourselves, we chose to work with Ivy project management as they not only provided a competitive quote but also took all the hassle of liaising with workmen and sourcing materials off our hands. We have used them a couple of times since and will continue to do so.”

“I have used Lubo (IDL contractors), on several occasions including a complete bathroom refit, to decorate a bedroom and living room, and to give the kitchen a facelift. On each occasion I've been very satisfied with the quality of the work done, the value for money, and the accuracy of the timescale given. I had originally planned to just do a few bits to the bathroom but was given such a reasonable quote to do the whole thing, I went with that option instead. Lubo is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, even giving me a photo album documenting the bathroom job step-by-step at the end! Overall, I'd highly recommend IDL contractors (all the people sent to work on the flat were of a high standard), if you want to deal with a company that is honest, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable.”

“Full Refurb, including re-wire, new kitchen, second bathroom, floor levelling. Asset PM did an excellent job of refurbishing & insulating our North London flat. It was badly laid-out and draughty when we bought it for a good price. We decided to invest the saving in a new kitchen, 2nd bathroom, insulation and upgrade to modern electrics. After speaking with various builders we settled on Asset PM because of the combination of Karolina's calm sense of organisation and Robert's extensive previous build experience. The team was easy to deal with and kept us informed as the works progressed (we briefly moved out to family). One of the things that impressed us is that Asset PM honoured their original quote even though costs went up mid-way through the project due to unexpected inflation. They also took care of the certificates and warranties so we are covered for the future. Thanks Robert & Karolina !”

“'We engaged Compass Design and Build to carry out a double-storey side extension and full refurbishment of our house. From as early as the initial quote, they produced detailed plans, costs and timings with clear thought about the whole process. The work involved liaising with many different third parties - security companies, bi-fold door companies, landscapers, interior designers etc and these relationships were managed very efficiently; with timings constantly adhered to. The team were consistent and easy to work with.'”

“I have used Robert on a number of occasions, in this case it was for the removal of a chimney breast. Robert is well presented, polite, professional and does a good job. He can handle difficult situations (in this case we we had a structural support issue requiring engineering after the start) and does so without the need to complain or charge a fortune for additional works. When minor issues arise after the works have been complete I have never had a problem with him coming back to address them. Frankly given some of the terrible experiences I have had with builders, I have not hesitation recommending Robert as a competent and reputable builder.”
