“We did not want to move home due to work commitments, so internally revamping and extending our home, provided the perfect home we desired for so long, without the upheaval and stresses. We contacted numerous planning consultants/ architects but to no avail did they meet our strict demands and expectations. We then stumbled across Place For Humans who did not want to push us down a one way route, but who guided us through numerous designs that would meet what we required. Place For Humans spend undivided time addressing our needs, lifestyles, likes and dislikes to design our dream home, without breaking the bank. “I was first introduced to Julie when I visited her beautiful Interiors shop in Upton on Severn, where she has an extensive range of fabrics, wall coverings, soft furnishings and all things interiors.
My project started with the first wallpaper samples and with Julie’s guidance a scheme was put together for my Principle Bedroom Suite.
I’ve never used an Interior Designer before but having a whole house to decorate is daunting on your own.
Julie doesn’t impose her own style upon you but with her immense experience, guides you in the right direction so you end up with a design that reflects your style preferences but on a whole new level. With Julie’s clever eye for detail and a wealth of knowledge in the business I ended up with a scheme so much more inspiring and with a wow factor I could never achieve or have the confidence to do on my own. Without Julie, I would have played it safe and ended up with something quite bland and boring.
Julie is also very easy to work with, customer service first class, nothing is too much trouble, works within budget and without a doubt extremely competent at her job and above all a lovely person.

“Bayswater Interiors designed the interior of the shepherd hut and pod that we launched as well as advising on the exterior colour and design. They also provided the lighting, flooring and soft furnishings and once the construction was completed sourced the smaller items required for the photography shoot.
Using a designer meant we moved away from the shabby chic style that is typical of a lot of our competitors and created a more luxurious product offering. The trade contacts that Bayswater Interiors have meant we benefitted from trade prices, and the shepherd hut and pod were on budget.
We have now asked them to provide further designs for our next project.”
