Once we had agreed the hard landscaping materials he clearly laid out his plan for the construction and throughout the project kept me informed of any changes to the plan. He carefully went through my design with me at key points and this resulted in an accurate representation of my design. Whenever there were queries or unexpected issues he checked with me before instructing his team on how to proceed. He developed a good working relationship with both me and the client and was easily contactable to discuss progress and arrange onsite visits to check on the construction.
