“I recently signed up to Fifi McGee online course. We are taking on a bungalow renovation and had no idea where to start. As I’ve progressed through the course I’ve found myself saying to my husband “it’s worth for xxx” It started with the budget planner, floor planning, then I found my style, colour theme, planning contractors and timings..... it just goes on and on. We have definitely avoided costly mistakes. What’s more I feel inspired and loving dipping and out of the course as I progress my ideas whilst in lock down. I also love how practical the advice is, you can tell it’s learned improvements through experience rather than academia. Thank you so much Fifi & Neil for putting so much love into this course. Zoe”

“Our family bathroom was the worst room in the house and the last to get around to because we couldn’t work out exactly what to do with it. It had been used as a wet room and was essentially one big shower with a tiny half sized bath and we knew we wanted a full size bath but that was about it. We asked Martyn to help and he came up with brilliant ideas that completely transformed the space. He he proposed building a half wall to form part of the shower enclosure, this made for a beautiful shower and great separate space for the basin and pedestal which he built out of a combination of a small reclaimed sideboard and square basin, with taps coming straight out of the wall. We had in mind that we would tile the walls but he suggested making faux wood panelling. This was way cheaper than tiling and looks amazing with the colour scheme he chose. Martyn has an amazing eye for design, he genuinely listens to what he clients wants and comes up with unique, clever and inspiring solutions. I recommend him unreservedly.”

“Melanie at Elixir was an absolute pleasure to work with during our kitchen and living room renovations. From her close attention to brief and budget, together with her realistic and innovative design solutions, to her warm and personal approach; all combined with a complete professional service. The renovations team that Melanie recommended were also great and very clean and tidy. She kept us informed every step of the way and the level of organisation she afforded to the project and her managing of the contract was amazing. She would also give an honest opinion if something wouldn't work and offer alternative options. We had been putting our project off for ages as i was dreading the upheaval and inconvenience. With Melanie by our side it really wasn't an issue. We are completely delighted! Thanks again Melanie”
