“We hired Gardenscapes to design and create the back garden of our new-build house which was laid to lawn with just a small patio and path. After meeting to discuss ideas, Neal produced a great design for a Mediterranean haven. It was a major project executed with professionalism and dedication. Despite the scale of the work, the garden was left clean and tidy each night and there was minimal disruption. We were able to discuss the garden with Neal and Ainsley as it developed so we got exactly what we wanted: different areas of sandstone patio, a brickwork path, lawn, pergolas, raised bed, rocky area with assorted grasses and borders planted with a Mediterranean flavour – olive and pencil cypress trees, jasmine and clematis, lavender and a variety of shrubs of differing colours and textures. The overall effect is stunning and what was a relatively small garden now looks very big with its different areas. The help and advice that Neal and Ainsley have given us has also been invaluable.
