New Space suggested we converted our loft and came up with an incredible design which allowed us to have a new bedroom and en-suite in the loft. They made the process so simple, as well as fun and their drawings were so clear and detailed the builder was really happy.”

Gavin developed the new design for our kitchen, en-suite master bedroom and two other bathrooms. He picked up very cleverly on existing design elements of the original Georgian rectory and incorporated these into a modern but appropriate twist for the new designs. We ended up following all Sarah's proposals for flooring, wall colours, kitchen & bathroom fixtures & fittings. She also developed beautiful ideas for curtains and roman-blinds and was able to recommend a great local company who provided the fabrication (and who did a really good job on this). “Jonathan Braddick was hired by the client to design a block of eleven luxury apartments for construction by the sea in Exmouth. He produced a design that was innovative and specific to client requirements. Whilst providing the brief for eleven apartments, the completed building very cleverly seems to resemble the original large Edwardian building that was replaced so as to blend with the area and not to give the appearance of an overpowering block of flats. A traditional external feel has been achieved, incorporating modern internal features, thus creating a certain "wow" factor without a "wow" cost !
