“We commissioned Unit 3 to carry out concept designs, detailed design and technical design stages for a two story rear extension in Cheshire. The design brief was to have a combined living/kitchen space, create an extra bedroom and enlarge the existing bedrooms and family bathroom whilst creating lots of natural light. Martin's talent was evident from the concept sketches, exploring options we hadn't thought possible. After listening to our "must haves" and getting to the bottom of our lifestyle and daily routine, we soon developed our perfect design together. The quality of work has been exceptional and unlike some of the other architects we approached, Martin was able to turns designs into reality via 3D generated images. He even created an augmented reality of our house! Martin's professionalism and dedication to our project has made the design stage a real success. Meetings have been at times to suit our busy schedules, most being in the evenings or weekends at no extra cost.
