I rarely write these reviews but on this occasion, we felt it was warranted. We most recently engaged the architectural services for the renovation of a new restaurant & bar that required a complete renovation. It called for an unusual approach to designing an open plan bar, that was not normally how a bar should be installed within a F&B outlet. It was made even more complicated due to its corner position, we had to devise a way for it to operate as a full working bar and yet maximize the limited space offered. The shape and style was therefore challenging for us but not for Gordon he made it all seem effortless, he’s attention to detail and how the bar would function day to day was impeccable. I found them approachable anytime when changes were required and was extremely surprised with the execution of the amendments with these drawings. Not only would we work with Typology again, but we have since suggested their services to other interior designers and private clients.

We used Gordon back in 2009 and again in 2017. Both times we found him to be very professional and quick to respond to our needs. He had a very good understanding as to what we wanted at home and was able to guide us with the help of his detailed drawings and overall vision, through what is a difficult period. Gordon has had an amazing impact on our refurbishment plans. From the very off he has made the process of bringing our ideas to life simple and painless. Adding an architects eye to the whole planning stage and suggesting a wealth of ideas, much of which we have taken on. He has always been at the end of a phone and responds to emails almost immediately. Being both budget conscious and time efficient it has been money well spent.
