“We use McCoy Millwork for stair parts and other various moldings. They have a great huge showroom with various displays for mantels, stairs, columns, moldings and wrought iron. This is a great place to take clients to help with ideas and be able to touch and feel the product. They have the best wrought iron displays for finishes and styles.”

“If customer service is important to you, then you need to order from House of Antique Hardware. I made a mistake on an order. Should have ordered two $12 sash lifts and only ordered one. Although shipping is $6.99 for orders under $100, they were kind enough to give me a break and not charge shipping for the second sash lift. . The quality of the sash lift (brass / finished in satin nickel) is excellent so far. Will try to give results after a few months of use.”

“Steve and Daniele at Direct Buy of Portland truly understand what customer service means. They have hire wonderful staff that have helped us through every detail of planning our 3 new rental vacation homes. Whether it is Marni who showed amazing attention to detail to help with ordering and escalating with manufacturers or the team that helped us with logistics for an entire houses of furnishing and home materials (tile, etc), they have all made our projects a 100% success. This attention to detail was especially critical to us as we built 3 vacation homes on the Big Island of Hawaii where we were ordering entire home worth of furniture and shipping over to Hawaii in an ocean container. Delays simply were not an option. For us the true measure of success is how happy our guests have been and how much additional bookings we have received as the quality of what we acquired at Direct Buy stands far and above the other homes in the area.
