Debbie Hoare at LSO took my domestic ideas and developed them in a way a could never have imagined. I found her to be very professional and excellent at offering practical and workable solutions. “Ian acted as our architect for an extension project back in 2001 and when we came to do a full renovation of our house 15 years later we were very happy to use his services once again. He is great to work with to realise your ambitions within your budget, get you over the line with the planning and building control authorities, find a contractor and then supervise the project through to completion. He has also helped a great deal with post completion and rectification issues and we are very happy with the results of our project with him. Ian is personable, thorough and professional and we have no hesitation in recommending him.”

“I feel very fortunate to have discovered Llama Property Developments. This came at a time when my wife and I were struggling to comprehend the sheer size and scale (and opportunity!) of our build. What you will get from Llama: 1) Honesty - they will not pretend or lie to you about what is possible/achievable. 2) Professionalism - I'm actually a Project Director in another field - but Andy's ability to run projects, to time, agreed spec and budget - and at any give time, see the 'whole picture' - is startlingly good and key to the success of your project. 3) Creativity - yes you're paying for a service - but having access to such a wealth of experience and ideas - which enables Andy and the team to make sensible, achievable and appropriate suggestions all the way through is a huge plus 4) Quality - the quality of the tradesmen/professionals in the Llama team really has to be seen to be believed. From Planning Consultant, Architect and Project Manager, to Builders, Carpenters, Interior Design etc - the output is incredibly good. I genuinely have not seen better. 5) Proven Track Record - this was a big thing for my wife and I (to put our minds at ease). Look at what Llama have achieved - their portfolio (and don't forget the awards!) isn't simply impressive - their work is stunning. At this end of the market, my experience is that some companies are still 'playing at it'. Llama are the real deal. I have no hesitations in recommending them and will be using them in future.”

“I was directed to Mark by Amvic Build because I wanted to build using insulated concrete formwork. He understood exactly what I was looking for and I now have a property that has exceeded all my expectations. The planning application procedure went very smoothly because of the detail contained in the application pack. The working plans he provided were detailed and allowed me to project manage most of the work myself. The house follows the Design for Life ethos and is practical as well as stylish and contemporary. He was also flexible with his design and allowed me to 'tweak' without getting cross! Now that the house is nearly finished I am seeing smaller details and views, not obvious on the plans, that give a new dimension to the rooms. I can't wait to finish and would not hesitate to recommend Architecture-m to anyone with a project, especially if you are hoping to project manage yourself.”

“Steve and Dom Shiels proved to be an excellent choice. We found them on the internet. Our first meeting showed that they listened to what we wanted then added all sorts of interesting ideas and details for us to think about. They then designed a ground floor extension that had a footprint half the size of our original house. We disscused various options and then settled on a design. They dealt with planning permission with no problems. We were very fortunate that that they tendered to build it too. This was a complete joy. They were at our house everyday for several months and we never felt irritated. The precision and care they took at each stage was incredible. They always left the site clean and tidy. The final building is beautiful, with lots of details that make us think wow. We have lived in this hous for 38 years and have always loved it. We love it even more now. Thank you Steve and Dom.”

“I contacted Andy Wilde for a quote after reading a recommendation. He has been excellent throughout. He has been extremely reliable, arriving exactly on time for meetings (which I find very important) and always keeping me updated of every stage of the process. He listened to all my wishes and was also very helpful when asked for advice, being very approachable. He kept to time on all aspects of the job and is also going to be available for advice and supervision during the build. I can not recommend him highly enough if you want a good quality service that is completely reliable.”
