“My wife and I have had the pleasure of of working with Iliada and Carolina, who have done an amazing job in designing our open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, living room and hallway. My wife and I have similar tastes but find it hard to put a coherent look together, and struggle sometimes to articulate what we like. Rossi and More took what would have been a very stressful experience full of compromises and difficult decisions, and made it pleasurable - this has been the true benefit of working with them Whilst our redevelopment work is ongoing and we don't have the finished article in place, the process has been thoroughly professional. They really listened to our brief and feedback, and delivered a plan we love that was bought to life with their design software. The attention to detail has been great, down to finishing elements such as switches and skirting, and they have also delivered a design for bespoke joinery that we are really looking forward to seeing come to fruition (hopefully sooner rather than later when our build is done!). On the occasion when I pushed back against their recommendation to find an alternative to using rear wall surround speakers which would impact the aesthetic, they accepted my position, however much of an eyesore it created! However, they were right and I have now found a solution that meets their original guidance :). My wife and I are looking forward to the build completing and turning their plan into reality! They recognised that we have faced delays and are happy to keep on-hand to answer any questions we may have. “We had a utility room fitted by Leigh and he was fab. Meticulous attention to detail and very tidy. Happy with the design too as the washing machine and tumble dryer are off the floor which makes it easier to load and unload washing. Would definitely recommend.”
