Every detail was closely supervised by Bonnie Woolsey at MasterCraft. We can't be happier with the end product. MasterCraft created elegant two-tone cherry custom cabinets that perfectly fit our needs. The island is a masterpiece. “July 2023: I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I rely heavily on them. And since I couldn’t find many for Cabinet Place Online (formerly Northern Granite and Cabinetry), I knew I had to write one and share my experience with you. After becoming increasingly unimpressed with the waning quality of two online RTA cabinet sources, I began searching for better quality RTAs. I was aware of Conestoga but thought they’d be untouchable given my modest budget. Still, I figured it couldn’t hurt to run the numbers so in June of this year I did a broad search for Conestoga and landed on the Cabinet Place Online’s website. I sent a query and representative Natasha Rae quickly got back (I’d messaged 2 other Conestoga dealers; one took a day to respond, the other a week). It’s been a long time since I’ve worked with someone as genuinely passionate about their job as Natasha is. Even more impressive is that she really knows her business! I’ve done several kitchens prior to this current one so I’d come prepared with a fairly comprehensive list of what I wanted. But there were considerations I’d missed that Natasha immediately honed in on and helped find solutions for. To make things even better, she was able to find ways to get me what I wanted and remain close to budget. I could even get what I thought was impossible: inset cabinets! I’m genuinely thrilled! Natasha was incredibly responsive throughout the process, keeping me informed from pre-order, to ordering, to manufacturing and delivery. She didn’t miss a step. She even made herself available while on vacation! This is how important her customers are to her. I sense Conestoga already knows how awesome Natasha is, but if they’ve not heard it in a while I want to remind them how lucky they are to have someone like her representing their product. Same with Cabinet Place Online – Natasha is a keeper! If you’re looking for a wonderful RTA cabinet made in the USA, I can’t recommend Conestoga/Cabinet Place Online more highly.
