“Kornel and Kyle built a custom kitchen and a gorgeous fireplace mantel for us. They were very professional, and took great care to understand exactly what we wanted. They put together a quote and mock up of the kitchen that was very detailed. We were able to see exactly what we were getting and make tweaks to the design during the process. They are very creative and had some great design recommendations as well. They delivered our kitchen on time and even came back to make sure everything was installed perfectly (I would recommend you have them install because they are perfectionists). We are so happy with the end result and with how smoothly the process went. We highly recommend these guys and would definitely use them again!”

“Stephanie's year of experience, talent for design and tasteful eye were evident as soon as she presented her plans for our kitchen remodel. Our home is a 1912 bungalow whose current galley kitchen with four doors- posed numerous challenges to redesign and remodeling. Stephanie listened to our long list of desires for the kitchen and was able to incorporate our wants while also making suggestions we would not have envisioned or thought possible. In the end our new design not only included a new kitchen but a pantry and laundry room, two things our home did not currently have. This space is now incredibly functional all because Stephanie was able to envision the space working even better for us then we did. Her detailed design was invaluable to creating a space that made the most sense for the way we live. Our kitchen is more contemporary than most (it's the cover photo on their Houzz page) but I know that they also do beautiful work on more traditional designs.”

“We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen and our contractor suggested Brakur custom cabinetry. We were able to get custom lighting in the cabinets and also ordered custom cabinets for the laundry room and mud room for a little over the price our contractor would've charged for the kitchen alone (not custom cabinets to fit our space either). Our cabinets are being installed now. They are beautiful! Can't wait until we are able to use them and move back into the kitchen. I almost rated Brakur four and a half stars (if that is possible) because some of the knobs on the doors are not level to each other. We are confident this can be fixed somehow by adjusting the doors and Brakur will be able to fix this without redrilling the knob holes. We are detail oriented people and if this can't be fixed it will drive us crazy every time we use the cabinets (since it is more than one). I am leaving the rating five stars because I am sure Brakur's service will be what we expect and this will be fixed. I would recommend Brakur to others and will most likely purchase cabinets from them for our bathroom remodel.”

“Tyler did on a beautiful job on the engineering & construction of our wood floors, 20 ft. Oak bar, stained oak ceiling, can & sconce lighting, bathroom with glass block, 1500 sq. ft. of new basement construction, all electrical plus generator. Solid work.”

“Definitely look at Tailored Living when planning out your next organizational job or garage improvements! They were very professional and totally customized the project to fit our design and budget needs, finished on-time and results were beyond what we expected. Not one single complaint, which is rare nowadays :-) We totally overhauled our garage with new cabinets, lighting, wall organization, tool drawers, work counter, and gorgeous fleck epoxy flooring - we have received quite a few compliments! We've used several other cabinet co's for prior projects (Closets by Design and ClosetOS) and I wish I had been aware of Tailored Living first - I felt the other 2 co's separated the communication from sales to install, so one was out for money and the other just wanted to fly through the project to the next so the finished look wasn't as promised. As a customer, I didn't feel as connected to or have as much control over the project as I did with TL. As with any project, have ideas ready - use Houzz/Pinterest/etc and find your inspiration room to help relay to the contractors what you want to do. James was extremely open to modifying our cabinet layouts until we found the best layout for the space and needs - Will definitely use again!”
