“I am very happy with my lovely new kitchen. The entire process from first consultation to completion was a pleasure. Everyone at Classic is a real professional and customer service is excellent. From my initial enquiry onwards all calls and emails were responded to promptly and helpfully. The designer Ranjit completely understood what I was hoping to achieve and came up with a great design that fully incorporated my ideas and fits in brilliantly with the rest of my house. There was no hard sell of any unwanted gadgets or gimmicks but great suggestions for high quality cabinets and appliances. After seeing the design and visiting the showroom to choose worktops,taps ,handles etc my kitchen was fully surveyed by Alan before the order was put through, this gave me the chance to ask questions and gave me real confidence that there would be no hitches. A full schedule of work was sent to me prior to the fitting, this meant I knew what was happening every day and the names of everyone involved, it also meant I could schedule my own work commitments. The fitting led by Leigh and Richard went really smoothly and the standard of workmanship was excellent throughout. I felt very supported by Carlton and the rest of the customer services team and I could not be more pleased with the final result.”

“We are delighted with our new kitchen, which is a Mereway Shaker design. We had spoken to designers at several other retailers, before visiting the KAW showroom. Once there, we were very impressed by Gemma: her knowledge and enthusiasm. Compared to previous designers we had spoken with, Gemma and Kevin were very proactive in coming up with new ideas for how to make our kitchen look good and function well. We were given plenty of time and information, so that we could choose just what we wanted. They were very patient! We felt confident that we knew what we were getting, and why, how much it would cost and when the various stages of the process would happen. Craig, the fitter, is a real craftsman and likes his work to be just perfect – he also works very quickly! We were happy also with the work done by Gary the electrician and Lee the plasterer. The cabinetry arrived from Mereway in good condition, just short of a few items, like some drawers, at first. But Kevin and Gemma soon got them delivered too. Kevin popped in several times, to make sure that the work was going well. It’s very helpful that KAW coordinate all the trades that you need, including getting the measuring and the fitting of the work-surfaces done at the right time (Corian work-surfaces, in our case). We are happy with our new Neff appliances, so far. The work cost just what we had expected, with no hidden extras. Friends had told us that we would find it very stressful, getting our kitchen gutted and a new one fitted, but we enjoyed the whole process!”
