He was a great listener and took all our functional requirements and aesthetic preferences into account at the start of the project. He created detailed plans to confirm we were aligned. He did all the measuring, woodworking, installation, staining, and painting himself. And the built-ins he created are stunning. “What started out as an undermount lighting kitchen project turned into a cabinet and island overhaul. We were so impressed with Fedi's design proposal and insights that we had him reface all of the kitchen cabinets; redesign and construct new, more efficient lowers; add 300 lumens/ft undermount lighting; and give the island a more modern look. Fedi was fast, efficient, responsive, and highly professional. Would choose him to do work again for us ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. Total cost of project was $10,003.”

“If I had know about J & D before I made the dreadful mistake of contracting Hagerstown Kitchens, I would have been in much better hands. If I could give Hagerstown Kitchens 0 stars I would. Customer Service is dreadful and just try to get anyone to take action when something goes wrong. The OWNER doesn't even call back even after leaving seven messages. The woman that designed my kitchen (who claims to be in the business for 17 years) made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided and was rude to me when I tried to get her to fix the problems. Quite honestly Hagerstown Kitchens prices are too high, and the gadgets that open and close the drawers and doors break often and have to be replaced. Should have gone to J & D and saved a few thousand$$$ as well as a lot of headaches.”

“I hired Anderson Custom Millwork to manufacture and install a custom, wall hung, maple master bath vanity (8 foot) and a 10 foot walnut dining table. They also installed two flights of custom wooden stairs (stringers and treads) made by others. The craftsmanship, finish and quality of the items they built were excellent, as was their workmanship in installing all of the items. They were also on time, within budget and very responsive. I would recommend them highly.”
