“Steve Carras built custom CVG Fir cabinets for my kitchen in Olympia about 25 years ago. They are beautiful and have held up very well. Recently one of the joints on a upper cabinet with a glass insert came open near the hinge. It was the door most opened over time. I contacted Steve and he had me bring the door frame in. I expected to pay for the repair or for a new door. Instead he fixed that door and improved the strength of the joint significantly. He also had me bring the other two similar glass doors in for the same repair. All at no charge and done within a week. He really stood behind his product after a quarter of a century.”
