We had never used an interior designer before so we didn’t know what to expect. Sai has helped us in so many ways - she has so many good ideas and knows where to find stuff. She is incredibly responsive and will work quickly if that is what you want. She will tell you straight if something will or won’t work and has suggested things that we’d not usually go for but we love. She has arranged for a lot of work to be done through her contacts (soft furnishing, cabinet making, electrical etc). Sai is incredibly positive and fun to work with. I’m so glad we found her on Houzz and would definitely recommend her to anyone.”

All of them polite and clean and tidy The units, flooring and internal doors provided are all of a good quality. Kept to original budget. The only thing that dissappointed, was the timescale of works, I was without use of appliances longer than expected. The whole job was project managed by a very efficient and affable person and I was kept informed of the progress at all times. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lima.”
