“Hagerstown Kitchens is the epitome of quality wood cabinetry in Hagerstown and the surrounding area. “If I had know about J & D before I made the dreadful mistake of contracting Hagerstown Kitchens, I would have been in much better hands. If I could give Hagerstown Kitchens 0 stars I would. Customer Service is dreadful and just try to get anyone to take action when something goes wrong. The OWNER doesn't even call back even after leaving seven messages. The woman that designed my kitchen (who claims to be in the business for 17 years) made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided and was rude to me when I tried to get her to fix the problems. Quite honestly Hagerstown Kitchens prices are too high, and the gadgets that open and close the drawers and doors break often and have to be replaced. Should have gone to J & D and saved a few thousand$$$ as well as a lot of headaches.”

“I hired this firm to replace counter tops and back splash in our kitchen. Due to settling of our house our cabinets were not level. They came the day before the install and leveled the cabinets. Instead of just shimming the cabinets and covering the gap with molding, they actually removed the cabinets and trimmed the bottoms so that they were level. I appreciated this extra care and it made a much nicer looking job. I also replaced the downdraft range and they had to modify the ducting to make it fit. Another job that was completed very neatly and cleanly! I used this company on 2 previous occasions to install bath cabinets and vanity tops and was very pleased with the result. Since that time the company was sold but nothing in their quality of work or service has changed. I'm still very happy with the results of their work and will hire them again when the need arises. They were very helpful in choosing materials and went out of their way to obtain some items that I wanted. I recommend them to anyone for any bath or kitchen remodeling.”
