“We initially contacted Cranberry Homes for consultancy and particularly project management. However, they floored us with their design input and we ended up using their services for designing our new home, of which they have now completed the lounge, kitchen dining room, master bedroom and our 18 month daughter's bedroom. The output has been fantastic - we absolutely love our new home and it brings us immense joy to live in as a family. Let me segregate our review into three: Design, Project Management, After delivery service. Design: Design input has been top class - Hugo and team took time to understand us and worked with us to explore our tastes and preferences. They have taken onboard feedback well - and challenged us assertively in areas we were not convinced. The colour schemes in our rooms are brilliant and a reflection of our personality. The utilisation of space has been well thought about and furniture pieces selected appear bespoke and suited to the room. I personally love their selection of lighting fixtures - very classy and shows they have researched options very well. Dining room island, bar stools and filament lights - these have been noted and appreciated by several people who have come to our home. We worked together on our daughter's room - and Hugo took onboard our suggestions for that room proactively and has designed a gorgeous room for a young girl. Overall, their designs are a good mix of class and practicality - and they take care to ensure that they stick closely to the agreed budget. Project Management This is where they are so unique and have been a blessing for us. As we were relocating from London to Buckinghamshire, this aspect of their service completely took the stress away from our house move. Based on agreed design and furniture pieces, They managed liaising with suppliers, managing delivery dates, coordinating work streams and trades - everything. Well organised, fantastic communication - and again, no surprise overruns at the last moment. Their contacts for different trades, whether it is flooring, curtain maker (this deserves a special mention), joiner and handyman - all were of good quality and were usually personally supervised by Hugo. Service Fantastic people - they are lovely to deal with. Even after completion, they have been in touch and always respond quickly if we need anything further. I cannot recommend this company enough.”

“We dreamt of a bespoke handmade kitchen and had spent many a year popping in to the showroom to gaze longingly at them. When the time came for a consultation I made an appointment and had a very relaxed and helpful meeting with Andy, one of the highly experienced designers. I knew exactly what I wanted and required his professional opinion and expertise to assist me with bringing it all together. His plans were fantastic and it was fun to see it all on screen so we could invisage our future kitchen. We agreed on a budget and Andy kept within that and fortunately we had all of the things we wanted without having to knock anything off. Andy had the idea of us building the pantry area and them providing the cabinetry. This was something which could have proved so costly and out of our budget but with his idea we were able to have one and it looks fantastic. The kitchen was delivered on time and Craig the fitter was extremely helpful and skillful and we were confident at all times that it would all go smoothly. Ellie arrived at the end of the fit to hand paint it and when we arrived home from a weekend away it was completed we were left speechless. The kitchen is utterly stunning. Planet Furniture is an incredible company to deal with and I am proud to own a Planet kitchen and would recommend them to all and definitely use again.”
