“Laverne and his team make beautiful custom cabinetry. We shopped around and found for the customization and value and quality of product, they can't be beat. The cabinets were beautifully finished and the installers measured and trimmed the woodwork without a flaw. Very professional and they know what they are doing. The craftsmanship is truly excellent. My only warning is that for a quality product you must be very patient. It took us 8 months from the planning of the kitchen to the installation. If you keep up the lines of communication with Laverne he is very responsive.”

“Roger Duvall/The Kitchen Design Shoppe is an absolute gem! This project was the second time I have worked with him. He is patient, thorough, precise. There was no pressure to buy, or rush to seal the deal. Satisfaction with the finished product was the goal. We discussed and drew up every detail, including custom sized door/drawer fronts/stiles and rails. He attended to details that I did not even know existed! The color was tweaked at least 5 times. The project was a collaboration between designer and client. His installation was completed quietly, quickly, and with care and respect for our home. Things DO go wrong... it is how one deals with the hiccups that matters. The finished product is AMAZING! I will use him again without hesitation.”

“We finished our basement with a 7 seat bar. We used old giant pickle barrels for our bar top, as suggested by them. They were extremely creative with their design as well as allowing me to almost be the designer. They really incorporated what I liked vs what they liked into the design. Their employees are gracious, neat, clean and just amazing. I can take pictures upon request. I also own a upscale furniture and accessories resale shop called Delaware Furniture Exchange in the same industrial park and they work on the store for me, when I need to paint a room add some trim, lighting fixtures, and so on. They are extremely professional, and I cannot say enough about them.”
