His factory uses computerized equipment so all the pieces fit together precisely and have perfect spacing between the parts. “ASSESSMENT OF MARJAN SVETKO Scope of Project: Replace existing kitchen cabinets and countertop. No change in the configuration of the layout of the kitchen or location of appliances. No significant changes to electrical or plumbing. Reason for Selection of Marjan: Marjan was one of two contractors that we interviewed and received proposals from. Both proposals were competitive and in a narrow range. Marjan distinguished himself with his design expertise, attention to detail and his flexibility. One of the major considerations in choosing Marjan was his timeframe from demolition to being back in our kitchen and having a ‘working kitchen’ which we defined as having our refrigerator back in the kitchen, a working sink and a working dishwasher. Marjan estimated that we would be out of our kitchen for less than a week. The other contractor told us that we would not have any access to our kitchen for one month. Marjan’s estimate of being out of our kitchen for less than a week held true. Working with Marjan: •Communication: Marjan was very good at communicating with us about the timeline and updates and changes. We signed our contract in mid Feb 2021. We were supposed to take delivery of the cabinets in early/mid-April, but ran into issues with the cabinet manufacturer which extended the delivery date to mid-May due to labor issues related to Covid-19. Marjan kept us informed of the delays and actually had us on calls directly with the cabinet manufacturer to understand the latest timing. Marjan always kept us informed about updates and status changes which is very important. •Attention to Detail: Marjan’s attention to detail was very helpful throughout the process. His experience in designing and remodeling many kitchens was very helpful in making suggestions to us about small changes that had a big impact. He sees things that most of us don’t see. •Trustworthiness: Marjan is a trusted partner. It can be awkward working with someone new on a project that has a very large cost, but Marjan performed and kept his word on all major elements of the project. •Interpersonal: Marjan was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Kitchen remodels are very stressful on the family, especially when your kitchen is offline for a period of time. Marjan’s demeanor was always calm, professional and friendly. He spent a significant amount of time at our house and got to know our family. Recommendation: We would strongly recommend Marjan for all kitchen renovations. His attention to detail, project execution and professionalism were exceptional.”

He was extremely professional and creative, and provided me with an great deal of his time and attention. Jorge has an exacting eye, and was very detailed oriented in his design and throughout the construction. And his team worked effortlessly through the job, and they were very neat and clean, and the impact throughout my house was minimal. Jorge found a beautiful flooring, counter top, back splash, appliances, and paint colors that go so well with my color palate in the remainder of the house. i would highly recommend Jorge Martinez for your next construction project!”

“I was satisfied with the sales service, the cost, the production and the final product. My sales person Laura was professional and patient. She designed a personalized walk in closet for us. The cost was reasonable, competitive to most place i compared to. The production team was fine, but I didn't like them poking around my bedroom. The final product turned out beautiful. Although there was one missing piece, Laura came back to fix it within a week. Overall I was satisfied with them, I'd recommend them to others.”

“Cabinet Refresh completed several jobs at our new home. First, they remodeled the kitchen and laundry area. This meant painting and refacing the existing cabinets; offering advice on paint colors, backsplash, and hardware choices; installing a new countertop and backsplash; painting a banquette; and installing new faucets and the existing dishwasher, water filtration unit, and garbage disposal. Second, they refinished the wood cabinets in two bathrooms, in both cases darkening the existing finish from a medium brown to more of an espresso that was more complementary to the existing tile in the bathrooms; third, they repainted the cabinet in our office bathroom, which were initially a room-shrinking black, to a light gray that made the room feel much more open; and fourth, they demoed our powder room. (We have yet to have them install new cabinets there, but we intend to use them for this job as well.) We worked primarily with Scott, secondarily with Nathan. Scott's strengths are that he has an excellent visual aesthetic; unlike most contractors we met with, he understands where and how to spend money for the most effect; and he offers hands-down the most competitive price for this type of work of the people we obtained quotes from in Los Angeles. (Other quote were not even close.) His crew was very professional and did very good work. There were hiccups here and there, but Scott and Nathan always handled any issues that arose in a professional manner and were committed to ensuring that we were satisfied with all work. We now have a very beautiful kitchen and several beautiful bathrooms. Houzz only lets up upload 4 photos, so we can't quite show how dramatic the transformation was, but suffice it to say that the different is astounding. We look forward to working with Scott and his team on our powder room.”
