“We obtained three quotes to have two built-in cabinets in the living room and two built-in wardrobes in one of the bedrooms. West London Carpentry initially was not the most competitive but because I liked Tim's manner, I wanted to West London Carpentry to do the work. Tim agreed to an adjustment to the quote and we instructed them to commence work. Timelines were shared with us throughout the works and these were adhered to. The carpenter did a great job and had the initiative to pick cornicing in keeping with the decor of our flat. The painter also did a fantastic job, so much so that we have asked for a quote to do other jobs in the flat. I would certainly recommend West London Carpentry for the expertise and professional manner in the way they conducted the works.”

“We spoke to several kitchen companies and had a good idea of what we wanted before we started. In-toto, and in particular Rubina, made some superb suggestions of improving the layout to improve the functionality. We had several meetings and they always listened as we developed the design. When it came to commercial negotiations they were straightforward and easy to deal with, fair but professional. When the build commenced they were supportive, and whilst the installation was not without its challenges at times, their fitter, Matt was a true craftsman and a pleasure deal with. It took a while to get the fittings right around the ovens, and whilst this lead to frustration at our end, we had been without a kitchen for 3 months and at 90% complete it was still not at all functional, (not just down to in-toto), but they listened and made sure the communication was improved. The end product is just what we wanted and had planned for, the product is first class and the touches around the design add that feeling of quality. I would not hesitate to recommend them, the process is not without stresses but they will help to ease them and guide you to the end point. Trust them and they will deliver your dream too!”
