“Our kitchen is beautiful and a dream to work in. We had a brilliant experience with Tim and his team at every stage, from concept to installation. It was designed with flair and patience over a number of iterations, exploiting all the space available and accommodating a few client-side idiosyncrasies. The craftsmanship and finish are outstanding, from the hand painted units to the drawer interiors, the product is millimetre-perfect, and the installation was timely and meticulous. We weren't sure whether a bespoke kitchen was right for us. We have no doubt whatsoever that it was a great call, and we cannot recommend Higham Furniture more highly.”

“The service - pre, during and after installation of the kitchen has been exceptional. Ben from Roundhouse in Richmond is a top professional and worked hard to understand our needs and the improvements in lifestyle, as well as aesthetics, we wanted from a new kitchen design. He was then able to produce a great design layout with helpful suggestions for finishes, whilst always being willing to take into consideration our needs and tastes. His communication skills were always excellent and when our building work was delayed, Roundhouse were able to store our new kitchen and work to the slightly later timescale with no penalties. Every member of the Roundhouse team we worked with were brilliant, there were no exceptions - true professionals with very high standards. Rob was excellent and highly responsive on the project management side, Ben on the sales and design side and the person who fitted the kitchen ( Ilan) was also amazing and committed to providing a top quality product and service. After sales has been nothing short of superb with great attention to making good any small issues and today a very helpful lesson from Allison on how to use the new Miele ovens. This is a truly impressive company and we would 100% recommend them.”

“When we first met with Anna, at Bournemouth Harvey Jones studio, we didn’t have much of an idea at all on the type of kitchen we wanted. The kitchen would be built within a new extension of a period property, so would need to reflect and blend old with new. Very quickly, Anna got to know us and to understand the type of kitchen we were envisaging. From a practical perspective, as a family with young children that likes to entertain, and from a design viewpoint. Ana appreciated how important it was for the kitchen to complement the other renovation works being done. Together, we came up with the overall design and then the finer details were all agreed in quite a short space of time. Anna was excellent in suggesting the different options that would work for taps, splashback, paint colours etc. We also had fun drawing up a bespoke chimney housing unit for the extractor. From a kitchen design perspective, they were excellent throughout. We had a (very!) last minute change of mind in terms of the worktop, but HJ dealt with this straight away and with no issues at all. We had to delay fitting of the kitchen a few times, but again this was not an issue. HJ were in regular communication with our building contractor to co-ordinate fitting, installation and painting of the units. Regularly onsite, their project management was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Jones. In fact, we have already recommended them to friends as we are so happy with our fabulous kitchen!”
