Jon and his team have made us a fantastic AV wall to incorporate our projector, screen, speakers and all the other kit. He took me through a number of planning sessions, with an incredible eye for detail, and has made everything work perfectly.

Exceptional carpentry and joinery I had bespoke radiator cover made and fitted. Jonathan and Tomasso were brilliant to deal with. Had lots of ideas initially. Would highly recommend. Think this is my 4th time using Good Measure and I’ve never been disappointed Jenny

Good Measure Joinery recently installed a bespoke wardrobe and desk in my home. The whole experience has been extremely positive. A great deal of attention was spent on the design stage with every single aspect considered. The installation went smoothly and the end result is absolutely superb. I thoroughly recommend this company.

This is the second time I have used this company and have been more than satisfied. The professionalism and craftsmanship is extremely good. They are polite, reliable, clean up when the job is completed but most importantly they are honest.

We found Good Measure, Jonathan and his team (Tom and James) really good, all round. After having being let down by so many builders and contractors etc we’re very wary of dealing with new contractors and the like, but Good Measure were very patient and helpful and allowed us the time it took us to make a decision (we took ages!). I was very impressed with all the computer aided drawings they did of what we wanted made, they were so life life and greatly assisted my wife and I to make decisions and to help guide Good Measure as we are very visual people. Moreover, by doing the drawings by CAD not only can they ensure the product is made accurately to the last millimetre, Jonathan was able to convert them to a package which we could look at home (from every angle/perspective) via an App. This also helped us to discuss the ‘drawings’ over Zoom etc, during lockdown, thereby allowing our job to keep progressing at that difficult time. We’d be very happy to recommend the Good Measure team, who I think collectively do a great job and who we were very comfortable with having in our home.

I had just moved into my first flat, and I wanted a custom piece of furniture that would meet my functional requirements: - book shelves - media unit - a hidden desk as I now work from home full time I had a couple of quotes from other joiners but what stuck out for me is the fact that (whilst respecting COVID-19 government guidelines) Jon came to visit the space and took the time to discuss with me what I really wanted. I had no preconceived ideas about the design but Jon took the lead and guided me throughout the process. I really liked the fact that I could visualise in 3D the various draft. I am quite an indecisive person, but I appreciated Jon’s help in presenting the pros and cons throughout, whether it be about design or colours. The fitting happened over two days, and TC and James were brilliant and very friendly and left the space really clean after they left. I’ve received only but compliments about the unit, and my next door neighbour now wants to order something similar from Jonathan. On the price, bespoke joinery doesn't come cheap and Jon was not at the cheaper end of the spectrum (not the most expensive either), but when you see the finish of the product, the quality of the material chosen and the work that he and the team put behind it, it is totally worth every penny. Overall, I would highly recommend good measure joinery and would not hesitate for a second to recommend Jon and his team, or contact them again for any future bespoke requirements.

Jon from Good Measure Joinery was called upon for a particularly complex custom cinema wall for my front room. The detailed design included soundproofing a baffle wall with speaker boxes, room for AV equipment, speakers and special cupboards for subwoofers. I was immediately impressed with Jon’s approach, attention to detail and his grasp of what was needed. Jon’s mastery of cabnit design and CAD made the design process quick and easy - this is a real treat to view what you get beforehand, the quality and attention to detail is amazing - nothing is left to chance. Good Measure’s fitting team were equally impressive, very clean and tidy, great guys to have work for you as nothing was to much trouble. I cannot recommend Good Measure Joinery enough a very professional outfit that deals with you as if you are the only customer they have - if fact I’m now speaking with Jon to carry out more work for me.

Jonathan and his team very kindly supplied and fitted the worktops in our new laundry, From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with, kept in contact with us on progress and did exactly what they said they would when they said they would. The team who visited were a pleasure to have on site and worked cleanly and efficiently. Thank you so much for giving us the final touch we were looking for.

Good Measure designed, commissioned, constructed and fitted a bespoke kitchen island - including breakfast bar. This included matching the worktop, cupboards and cupboard doors of our existing kitchen to ensure a seamless match. Jonathan was very hands-on with his recommendations and personally visited to understand our requirements for the island, discuss measurements as well as test various colour swatches. The project was delivered by a friendly and professional team - on budget and within timeframe to a very high standard. The difference between commissioning highs street vs bespoke joiner is night and day. Very happy customer.
