“After a couple of false starts with other companies that were charging extortionate amounts for their built in bookcases and fireplace surrounds we found Built In Solutions of Oxfordshire through the Houzz website. We contacted them in February 2016 and arranged an appointment during which they took measurements and attentively listened to exactly what is was that we needed. After those discussions, during which we received much useful and helpful advice about styles and designs, we agreed about what was required and, in the next few days, a very sensible quotation was duly received and agreed. The work was scheduled for the middle of May and on the agreed date 3 chaps turned up with all their equipment and proceeded to build exactly what we had asked for. They were courteous, polite and professional in their approach and demeanor, and worked non stop throughout the day. When they were finished we were thrilled with the outcome and couldn't recommend them highly enough. They had built a fireplace and integrated it with bookshelves on either side with a space for a 60" TV (with all the wires concealed) above the fire, on a 25' wall AND installed a made to measure, floor to ceiling bookcase on a 15' wall and it looked superb. Although I have no pictures currently I believe they are returning to photograph the room in it's fully renovated state, i.e. new carpets, curtains, furniture etc. in the next few weeks. This is an extremely competent company with highly skilled workmen and a very professional work ethic that delivered high quality results at a very competitive price.
