Not a big job involving complex shelving, I simply needed some wooden brackets fairly quickly and Oxford was the only company I found online which could supply a quality product which was the correct size for the job. Although doubtless busy with much bigger works, Rod went out of his way to find the newly delivered stock and parcel up my little order so that it arrived in time for fitting. The brackets are smooth, well constructed and just what I need. Having read the excellent reviews here, I am very grateful that Oxford Shelving took the trouble to execute a low value, one-off order with as much care and attention as they do a major project. I wish them every success.

Rod has done three major bespoke fitted shelving installations in our house over 10 years. We have been so pleased with the design, construction and installation that we keep going back for more (we have a lot of books!) . The latest installation included LED back lighting which we think looks great. Rod took considerable time and trouble in making a mock up to ensure that we were happy with the effect. Rod was so great doing the first project for us, the bookcase, we contracted him to do a unit under our fire as well: He came up with suggestions to help when we were designing, his work was very precise to what we ordered and the finished article is excellent. So much so that our visitors want to know who built these units. It should also be noted that Rod was very tidy when working in our home; something I had real problems with other tradesman.
