The Bookcase company were one of the easiest, most professional groups I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The bookcases they produced for us were outstanding and they left our home clean after they installed them. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with in every way. I look forward to working with them again to improve our home.

I got The Bookcase Co in to give me a quote for some custom built bookshelves and cabinets either side of my fireplace in my lounge. I had several quotes, and this company stood out from all of them. They had a great book with examples of work, were flexible, left me with drawings so I could show my husband and most importantly, they were not pushy. Oli was really lovely from day one, and I felt confident that I was going to get what I had asked for. The products were ready earlier than they thought they would be, but never pushed me in to feeling I had to take them earlier. When Tim and Oli installed them, they really took such great care to protect the rest of my house whilst they were working. They were friendly, and professional and the cupboards and shelves have turned out fantastically well, I'm so pleased. Everyone comments on them, and surprisingly, they really make our lounge look bigger. I really can't recommend them enough, and I would not hesitate in having them back to do more work in a heartbeat. Truly lovely people and a great product. Thanks guys!

I approached the BookCase Company after searching extensively on the internet for a reputable company to fit 2 alcove units in my living room. With any internet search, this is a difficult task in itself but I was reassured from the start by the professionalism shown by Susan and Oli. Oli came round to measure and talk us through the different options, nothing was too much trouble. The job was booked in earlier than I had expected and when Oli and Tim turned up on the day, they showed complete professionalism and workmanship. Turning up at 8am and finished by 5pm, clean and quite frankly fantastic work - so pleased with the units and aftercare was amazing

Highly recommend craftsmanship for beautiful bespoke furniture. I am thrilled with the finished products which are exactly as expected and finished to a very high standard. They are wardrobe and bookcase unit are both the centrepiece of the rooms they are in.

We are extremely happy with the floating shelves and cupboards that Tim and Oli fitted in the alcoves in our sitting room. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, providing exceptional customer service and exquisite craftsmanship. They kindly completed the work before Christmas despite being very busy. Tim had a wonderful appreciation of our house and offered excellent advice. He cleverly designed the floating shelves so that they seamlessly fitting in with the rest of the room. The BookcaseCo installed a library in the front room of my London flat. They did an excellent job - completed it when they said they would do so, and it looks wonderful. They were utterly professional and competent, and also able to take charge of related tasks such as moving power sockets and radiators, so I did not have to engage someone else for these tasks. Not only were they very efficient and capable in how they worked (a pleasure to have around the house) but also their completed product looks fantastic - better even than I had hoped. Everything was finished beautifully to a very high standard, and no corners cut, and their advice as to the various ways in which changes could be carried out extremely helpful. I recommend them thoroughly.

The service was very good. The item of furniture I ordered - a book case to fit into a fireplace inlet - was delivered quickly, appears very well made and fits perfectly into the space. I would use this company again.

Shortly after I moved home, I engaged the BookCaseCo to install bookshelves in my Victorian terrace. I am absolutely delighted with the results, so much so that I wrote to the BookCaseCo on completion of the works to say how happy I was with the level of customer service and craftsmanship they provided.. I have been working with lots of different business following my move and the BookCaseCo stood out as being the most courteous, helpful and accommodating by quite some measure. They replied to my initial enquiry and further correspondence very quickly and were able to work around my very tight timescale. They attended all meetings bang on the agreed time and were a delight to work with, providing excellent advice of the different options. In particular, I appreciated the attention to detail - the team discussed with me how to reposition light switches and electrical sockets and sourced light fittings for me - details which made a big difference to the final product. I would highly recommend this delightful family-run company to colleague and friends.

We recently had a bookcase fitted by TheBookCaseCo and we are extremely happy with the result. It is exactly what we wanted and looks great in the house. They were a big help regarding lighting and electrics within the bookcase too. The guys were polite and tidy, fitting speedily and without much disruption at all. I would happily recommend them.

The BookCaseCo recently completed a shelving and storage system for my children's playroom. Their service from design through to installation was both professional and courteous. We started with alcove cupboards and book cases in our drawing room, and we're so pleased with their work and professionalism that we got them back to build and design a media unit in our kitchen.
