I recently worked on a residential project in Leicester with WBF Joinery. I approached them knowing the quality of their design and workmanship and they did not disappoint. Alex and James came up with some brilliant ideas and the process was very collaborative and easy. The final result is exactly as we required and envisaged and my client is delighted. I will definitely return with similar work.

After previously working with WBJ on our study we asked them to help us with a master bedroom, dressing room and two children's bedrooms. The designs were innovative, incorporating fun features in the children's rooms whilst still meeting our storage needs. We had a few snagging issues but these were promptly resolved and we love the end result. The team at WBJ are friendly and easy to work with and we would be happy to work with them again in the future.

After an initial delay in responding to our request for fitted cupboards either side of the fireplace in our lounge, our experience was good with the staff involved at all stages very helpful. Time was spent listening to our requirements and suggestions made to meet those. We were shown plans as the project progressed and the end result is a wonderful addition to our lounge and exceeded our expectations. A great job by all staff- thanks.

When we bought our Victorian house several years ago we decided to keep as many as possible of the original features and to restore any that had been removed over the years. In the dining room we still have the chimney breast with alcoves on each side. Originally the alcoves would have been fitted out with cupboards with solid doors up to waist height and glass fronted cupboards up to the picture rail. We wanted to recreate this. We have never seen quite what we wanted anywhere until we recently saw an advert in a local magazine for West Bridgford Joinery, with a picture of a unit that was very close to what we wanted. When we contacted them they said they could design, manufacture and install units to our exact specification. This they have now done. The result is just what we had hoped for. We are very pleased with both the design and quality of the finished units

Alex from West Bridgford Joinery designed bookshelves with cupboards underneath for our sitting room. The bookshelves are adjustable to accommodate the size of our books which was most important to us. We are delighted with the design and manufacture. The units blend in and look as if they have always been part of the room. Robbie and Sean installed them and they were very considerate, thoughtful and tidy. We were kept informed of the completion of the project and were given the opportunity to choose the installation date.

We employed WBJ after hearing good reports of their previous work and weren't disappointed. WBJ designed and installed a living room wall unit and understairs unit in our mid century house and the project was executed with the upmost care and attention. We're delighted with the results and wouldn't hesitate in recommending WBJ to friends.

We wanted an installation for the lounge wall to incorporate a wall mounted TV, soundbar and subwoofer. In addition a cable TV box, Apple TV, network switch and Apple Time Capsule were to be housed in the cabinets and no cables visible. After an initial consultation we received an outline of the job with costs. Three meetings with a designer then followed, the final one also involved technical input from one of the WBJ team. After each meeting we were emailed drawings and specifications until we signed off the final design. Very impressed with both the quality of the product and the two WBJ guys who did the installation. Some of the cabling issues were challenging to say the least. However they approached each problem professionally and always came up with a solution. Communication with WBJ, either via telephone or email was excellent. Prompt and helpful responses. The second installation involved wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing table and mirror. Not quite as exciting, although my wife might disagree! Again excellent design, manufacture, installation and communication. I can't recommend WBJ highly enough. We are so pleased that we are talking to the with regard to another bedroom installation.

West Bridgford Joinery designed a media wall unit for our kitchen/living area. We found them helpful for the whole process - including design, manufacturing and installation. Caroline, the designer, was extremely approachable and flexible as to when she could see us. She listened to what we wanted and also offered suggestions as to how we could improve the design including the use of colour - she encouraged us to be braver with our choice (and was spot on as the final product looks amazing). The manufacturing team then took over and James and colleagues did a wonderful job - checking the final measurements and doing a craftsman's job with the cut and finishing of the oak shelving and bespoke drawers. The final installation was done over a few days - again very pleasant joiners, good at their job and cleaned up well. Throughout, the communication from the various staff has been timely, courteous and helpful. A quality company - this is the second time we have used them and we would not hesitate to recommend to others.
