I’m quite an indecisive person but knew the sort of vibe I wanted in the spaces. Beth is so lovely and listened and absorbed everything I threw at her, and she just got it so right! Beautiful and clever ideas to make the most of the space in a functional and very pleasing way, as I was particularly keen on keeping areas as clutter free as possible and looking minimal. Beth sourced some amazing textured fabric for curtains, with pieces of furniture and smaller accessory items; some fab designs which fit my budget. She was really understanding and easily made changes where necessary on the design due to building work. It was brilliant to see it all evolve, so exciting! To be able to see it come together digitally was such a help to me, especially as I couldn’t decide which colour paint and whether to go for a feature walled area. “We hired MillChris Developments Ltd to renovate a very old and tired downstairs bathroom. They removed a dividing wall which gave us so much more space, studded the external wall to hide all the pipework and the re-positioned soil outlet, fitted a new toilet and wash basins. The floor was laid with beautiful travertine floor tiles with underfloor heating and a new and ultra modern shower unit that looks absolutely amazing. They also fitted down lighting and mood lighting. Overall the project was carried out with the utmost professionalism. The tradesmen were very polite, considerate, courteous, clean, tidy and drank a lot of tea which was a small price to pay for their impeccable hard work. I am planning another project in the near future and will not hesitate to use MillChris as my contractor. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
