Booked for a kitchen installation through Wren after original fitter had to go to hospital. Most of installation cost goes through wren but you pay for the extra bits wiring etc. Jack came round and seemed nice enough, then waited until the last minute to quote me £1952 (previous quote had been around £600). As this was at the last minute was essentially pressured into saying yes (or delay the kitchen installation), I asked if there could be any flexibility with the cost and he then pulled out the day before he was meant to start a week and a half's work. So now stuck with kitchen all delivered, sat there with no-one to install. To recap: -charged over 3 times as much as similar company -charged for sink installation which wren said should be included (i.e. I'd already paid them for that) - pulled out last minute letting us all down
