D M Carpentry and Construction

I now have two handsome and beautifully made and finished bespoke hanging cupboards thanks to David. He was able to produce good design ideas for what was an unusual site; understanding my requirements and crafting the perfect solution. It is a pleasure to have him around while doing the work, which he did to a high standard. He finished well within my budget.

Dave has done various work for me over that last few years including laying a new wooden floor and putting up a fence in the garden. His work is of a really high standard; he's reliable, professional, punctual and really neat and tidy. He is also a really friendly person and I would highly recommend him.

David constructed bespoke built-in wardrobes in the bedroom of my house, and I am extremely pleased with them. His work is of a very high standard and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good quality hard working carpenter. David understood exactly what I wanted and delivered.

D M Carpentry refitted our kitchen to a high standard and were always polite when engaging in conversation regarding work related subjects or casual talk. After each day the kitchen was always kept clean and tidy as possible. I would recommend their work ethic to other customers.

David recently renovated a stair case for us. The stair case was very 80's with dark wood which made the hall way feel dark. David replaced spindles, handrails and other features to oak and it looks fantastic. He also undertook some work to stop the stairs being so squeaky as they had been badly installed. Overall we were extremely happy with David's work. Great workmanship, quick, tidy and thoughtful when he was in our home. We are hoping David will be doing other work for us including installing a new front door.

David is a very professional individual who takes pride in his work. We have used him for a number of jobs, the latest being the sourcing and installation of a stable-style door. The job was completed on time at a reasonable cost and very much to our expectations. We were very pleased with his work and will be using his services again.

Dave has undertaken a considerable amount of work for me over the years including a new kitchen, doors, skirting, and project managing a large extension. His work is always exceptional, and his honest, cheery and professional attitude means it is a pleasure to have him working for me. The work was always completed within budget and on-time and to the highest quality. Even with supplier difficulties with the kitchen, he resolved and managed it seamlessly, keeping me up to date and informed at all times.

Dave has done several pieces of work for me over the last 5 years, including laying wooden flooring in two rooms and building a cupboard in my living room. His workmanship is excellent; he has good attention to detail and can offer useful advice (e.g. which underlay to use) whilst still being respectful of my wishes, as the client. I highly recommend his work.
