Goss Joinery

Goss joinery have recently completed two items of joinery in our newly refurbished house. They were quick to respond to my initial enquiry and able to fit in the work in a timescale that suited us. I was able to provide an outline design, which the design team could then take and move in into fabrication drawings. They were excellent in communicating any suggested changes and allowed me to visit the workshop to discuss in person. The installers were with us for 3 days and were brilliant - they were clearly enthused with their work and made sure each day that they left the work area clean and tidy - a blessing after 6 months of dusty building work in the house. Goss joinery we’re happy to work to the bespoke brief and overcame any problems that arose with little issue. The end result is a beautiful piece of fitted furniture that exactly meets our needs. As well as producing the fitted furniture , they also produced a pair of built in shelves that seamlessly connected into our IKEA kitchen wall units, again showing willingness to be flexible and adapt to our needs.

I needed a pine wood loft ladder for my barn, so in keeping with the whole feel of the place. Goss joinery were brilliant, professional and conscientious when fitting. Excellent service and truly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I wanted a media unit for my stereo deck and a TV console table to blend in with a coffee table I had made by Berry Designs who are no longer trading. Goss have done a lovely job of matching it. I'm very pleased. It looks fabulous. So much so, that I'm now thinking I need another unit in the opposite corner:)

I made a simple sketch of a combined large book case and work station, over 5 metres long and more than 2 metres high. Goss Joinery considerably improved my sketch and installed the finished article paying particular care to levels and finish. I am extremely impressed with the finished article and would recommend Goss Joinery to all for bespoke joinery projects.

Wonderful job, repainted our units, looks like a brand new Kitchen. Very helpful team in these difficult circumstances. We took the doors to them, and they brought them back when finished, so first rate service

In Autumn 2013 Goss Joinery designed and built my dressing room. Inspiration came from Sarah Jessica Parkers Sex and the City Dressing Room but I've been bowled over by the finished product. I love it as much now as I did when it was installed.

From the initial email contact right through to completion of the project Peter and his team were brilliant. Christian and Simon worked incredibly hard and with utter professionalism. Their craftsmanship was awesome. They were nice to have around too! Hayley's communication skills were excellent, it is always good to be kept informed of progress. I have used Peter Goss on numerous projects, both in Devon and London. He has made 3 fantastic kitchens for me. In the most recent project he built a curved solid walnut staircase that spanned 5 floors and totally transformed the house. He has also built many wardrobes and panelling for bathrooms. I would highly recommend him and his team. He was great fun to work with and very reasonably priced. His work was punctual and on budget.

Peter from Goss Joinery is a professional with a keen sense of customer service. We needed our kitchen done at short notice to get it finished before Christmas and Peter, Hayley and the team at Goss went above and beyond to get the project done. We had a bespoke kitchen with lovely French Oak stained and stripped back, and the workmanship is excellent - everyone I've had to see the house has immediately gone to run their hands over the smooth wood! It's a delight to work in - soft close drawers and doors, the finish is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company and have done so for several people so far.
